- Japan is a unique place. When you think of Japan you probably envision Samurai, temples and shrines, Sushi and other delicious food, the night lights of Tokyo…and of course earthquakes.
I have lived here for 25 years and in that time have experienced hundreds if not thousands of earthquakes. Some small, others devastating. But from them comes something beautiful.
You see all that seismic activity means that Japan has a very interesting topography. A collection of mountain ranges run down the country from north to south almost like a giant spine. And with those mountains we get mountain roads. Historically these roads were the only routes between cities and prefectures, but as Japan emerged from the economic slump of world war 2 people began to buy cars. And in a country that is roughly the size of California but with three times the population, well…that’s a lot of cars.
So like most places in the world Japan tackled the issue of congestion by building expressways and bypasses, but unlike most places in the world, they still maintained the old roads. And that, for people like you and me, lovers of all things two wheeled, is a very good thing…let me show you what I mean...

I'll buy this bike in 2025 after 6 year pause with driving in a age oh 70 years. I drove 25 years and my laste bike was a CB600f with 76 hp. This little bike is wonderful!

I really want the GB350S and will buy one when it arrives in the UK 🇬🇧.
I have owned about 40 bikes including my current ‘24 GSX S1000 but the most fun is always on the small bikes with character and this for me has bags of it. I owned the RE Hunter 350 but the Honda for me is better.

I've been thinking this is a great biket for me. I currently daily ride a 2024 Nmax 125 and got my A2 license , and I'm looking for a good priced, reliable simple bike and this Honda looks great.
I would use it for the city everyday and sometimes a small ride over B roads. Would it hold me back a little bit due to being only 20hp or is it good enough to have some fun and use it on the city everyday? I want something that´s not boring but not sporty at the same time and I just feel the GB350s is perfect for me! Can´t wait to test ride it when it´s available. Thanks ! Getting there I needed to do 68kms on the expressway sitting around 115km/h and it was a smooth cruise. But around town and on B roads is where this bike lives! Definitely worth a test ride. @@RideThruJapan that´s very nice! It looks like it´s what I´m looking for: the style and ride experience of a proper bike but still economical and simple. For sure we all like to drive fast sometimes but you´ll enjoy more a comfortable and reliable ride, that´s my philosphy which I apply to cars as well...my car is a classic, 109hp and is slow but it so drives smoothly, looks beautiful, and it´s reliable and that´s exactly what I want on a bike, and to have a smile everytime I use it, too ;)
