I took my Honda GB350s out for a ride up a disused mountain road in Japan. The road was wet, slick, covered in moss, rocks, tree branches and a few landslides. Since I am riding on the road tires that come with the bike, I had to take it a little easy, as you never know what is around one of the bends. The video shows how fun and nimble the Honda is and staying in 2nd most of the ride, the exha...

I just said goodbye to my GB350S. Fantastic bike. I'm up in Saitama, so very much not epic. Would love to tour Kyushu one day. Good luck with the channel. 🎉
That sucks, never easy to say goodbye to a bike…Kyushu is definitely worth a trip. Thanks for watching 🙏😊
To be released in 2025 in Europe. This will be my 3rd bike standing in the garage.(And best looking).😎
That’s epic! It is a sweet pretty ride!
May I ask why you chose the GB350S instead of the GB350C? We now get the S in Europe, but you in Japan got the C too…
@@SkysaxonDragonslayer The C wasn’t available when I bought the S but even so I would still have chosen the S, the C is pretty but I am not 100% into a full classic look, also I feel like it will be heavier but with the same engine…thanks for watching🙏
Great video Would love to hire a motorcycle and do two up with the wife and do the same area
😊 Thank you…perfect place for a couples trip, little but if everything here. Thanks for watching 🙏😊 more to come.
@ can you suggest the best way would be to do a bike tour two up in your area. I’m from Australia and doing a car road trip with 3 of us in Japan in April 2025 doing a big loop north and south from coast to coast from Kyoto. Would love to do a bike trip in your area a year after.
That sounds epic! For the bikes you can rent a bike, most major dealers have rental options, Honda Go for example…otherwise there are tour companies that can deck you out with bike and gear and some even will take you around and show you the best spots. Not sure on the rates, but rentals are usually between 8-20,000yen per day depending on the bike. Some are cheaper for longer trips.
Fukuoka is a good spot to base from, larger city with more options to choose from.
Looking forward to your cinematic videos. Great stuff so far! Greetings from Germany
Thank you 🙏 Can’t wait to hear what you think of them…thanks for watching 😊🙏
cool video. Looking forward to the upcoming content. Subscribed
Thank you 😊 really appreciated 🙏😊
really enjoying your comments on the GB350s
@@0scartheCat Thank you 😊 and thanks for watching…much more to come 😎
Greetings from Singapore ! I’m french, been living in Singapore for 12 years, and went through your videos as I was just checking on the GB350 as this is looking like a so cool bike to add to my collection in France … Great videos, nice spirit, and you look like a nice guy, I subscribed ! Been to Japan several times, love everything about this country, and so glad to be able to discover Kyushu thanks to you, looks amazing ! Thanks again, great job, please carry on !!! One last thing, your helmet on this video is a Bilt Raptor, isn’t it ?
Thank you so much, really appreciated 🙏😊 i will do my very best 💪😎 the helmet is a Bilt techno 2…actually my wifes, was testing the bluetooth to the insta360x4 my normal retro helmet just sounds terrible for video 😭
Best wishes from the Netherlands Great way to start a channel. Scenery is gorgious ❤
Thank you 🙏😊…can’t wait to visit your country someday!
Greetings from the Czech Republic! I ride a Honda st125 DAX. I look forward to the videos, I keep my fingers crossed for you and I wish you to achieve enlightenment through riding a motorcycle.😁 Lots of strength and joy|!
Thank you 🙏 I love Czechia! Spend 2 weeks there last year…thank you for watching 🙏😊
Lovley video nice and clear sound Looking forward to seeing more ❤
Thank you so much 😊
Nice to meet you. I've watched a few of your videos and I like the content. Japan is an unknown country to me as it's on the other side of the world. As you know mostly stories reach us about Tokyo or if an earthquake or tsunami hits another region we'll see that in the UK. I wouldn't mind seeing a dealers and the sort of bixe they offer there that are different to the UK or other markets. Cheers for your work and content🤗
Thank you 😊 Yeah Japan is such a diverse country, so much natural beauty and it is sad when all you see is the cities and disasters on TV…a bike shop video would be super fun, will give it some thought and see what I can come up with. 🤘😊 Thanks for watching 🙏😊
@@RideThruJapan You're welcome Adam😎
I really like how you present your videos. Its more meaningful
Thanks man! I appreciate that. And thank you for watching 🙏😊 have so cool videos coming in the next few weeks.
Tak trza żyć….that’s a slogan from one of Polish moto’UA-camr and translates to: that’s how you should live. Great video, great take on motorcycling.
That is very cool, thanks for sharing 🙏😊 And thank you for watching🙏 more videos to come 😎🏍️
Far from the madding crowd! Quite stunning and a big difference from the usual portrayal of Japan.
Haha yeah, you won’t see much of the crowds on this channel. I prefer the wide open places. Thanks for watching 🙏😊
@@RideThruJapan You're welcome!
Is the exhaust modified?
No, stock exhaust. Sounds pretty sweet! Thanks for watching 🙏😊 more to come.
The heat of the engine warms your balls up!
If you go fast enough 😜
Really great photography, nice narration, lookig forward to seeing your next videos.
Thank you 😊 🙏 should have a new video out by next week…thanks for watching 🙏
Camera & filter?
@@tejaspatil3081 gopro 9 and insta 360 x2 for the most part…videos from here out will be looking a lot better. Thanks for watching 🙏😊
just ordered mine . .
Awesome!!!! Hope you love it! Thanks for watching 🙏😊
Colour?
Also, I am picking up some Aussie in your accent but also some midwestern american. Interesting.
Good ear! Yeah Born in the US raised in Australia, now 25 years in Japan, with most of my non Japanese friends being American my accent is strange for sure. 😜
Beautiful video and I suspect your channel will become very popular with the news of your bike’s release in Europe and I hope the States soon.
Thank you 🙏 and thanks for watching😊 Would be great if it does, be perfect to earn a living doing what I love. ❤️
came for the bike stayed for the awesome horses
Haha awesome! Thanks for watching🙏😊 We will have a lot more videos coming that will mix between travel like this video and more ride experience focused.
What a beautiful and scenic route. The ride must've been therapeutic. I must plan a solo trip before this year ends. There are also coastal roads I can ride on haha.
Thank you 😊 It is a really fun day ride for sure! Every trip on two wheels is therapeutic for me 😎 We will be making a lot more videos, so stay tuned 😊 thanks for watching and the cool comment! 🙏😊
What a masterpiece! Thank you! 😊👍
Thank you 🙏😊 Episode 2 is going to be killer!
@@RideThruJapan Can't wait. 😉👍
😊🏍️😎
Nice video man, they just released these in the UK recently and I love the idea of it. I recently picked up an imported Cross Cub 110 and it's a joy to ride, wish I could have a chance to ride those beautiful japanese roads, hopefully one day. Nice to see an english speaking japanese biking channel, keep up the good work brother and ride safe :)
Thank you 🙏 I didn’t realize there were so few channels out in Japan in English. Have some big plans for this channel. I appreciate your support. The cross cub is a cool Machine, will be doing a full review of the Hunter cub 125 (Trail 125) in the coming weeks. Super excited to try that bike.
👌nirvana😁
Thanks man!
Veeery nice ride, weather, and noise 🏍️..........
Haha…thanks for watching 🙏😊
So beautiful just renewed my memories thank you ❤
So glad! Thanks for watching! 🙏😊
Nice review. You can go into settings and disable the eco light. Instructions are in the owners manual. Did it on mine.
@@desmcd1515 oh you are a legend!!! Will get on that today! 😊😊 Thanks for watching 🙏😊
Very good video. Love from india 🇮🇳 ❣️
@@kuboomCreepy96 thank you 😊 and thanks for watching 😊🙏
I assumed your channel was much bigger. Love your production quality and especially the intro to the review about what a bike means to you. Hope to see more
@@stijndeligt thank you 🙏 It is a new project, will be making a lot more content for sure. Thanks for watching 🙏😊
Same. I subscribed after watching and was shocked there weren’t tens of thousands of subscribers. Good stuff and good luck growing your channel.
Thanks man! Will do my best…appreciate the support 🙏😊
Man you got me, I ordered one just right now. They told me here in Poland that I will recive it in April.
@@malakandar haha that is awesome! Such a long wait, won’t be easy, but it is a lot of fun and winter must be brutal there anyway. Perfect spring gift to yourself! Thanks for watching🙏😊 more vids to come.
would ne perfect oif its 250 (no inspections)
Haha not sure if I would like a smaller engine in this. But, i hear ya on the shaken…I guess the Rebel 250 has that market. I would like to see this with a 500cc or more. Thanks for watching. 🙏😊
@@RideThruJapan pity the engine on the cbr250rr (inline 2) isnt made into a street bike/cruiser .Z250 might have to do if i buy and ride in japan
@ there is an older bike called the Magna 250cc full cruiser and a good smooth ride. Has a v-twin. Had one in Okinawa and was a nice ride in that engine size.
💪😃
Perfect video man👍🏻 Can't wait this bike's arrival.. 80-90 its the sweetest speed to ride ha? That's what the only thing i want from it. And after the 2 year's guarantee, I'll fix it myself 🔩🔧
Thanks for watching 🙏😊 yeah anywhere up to the 95km/h is pretty much the sweat spot
thanks
Thanks for watching 🙏😊
Thanks for this overview and your other video(s) ! This might be my upgrade after my current Yamaha XSR125
You’re welcome and thanks for watching. That would be a nice upgrade!
What camera 📷, mic 🎤 setup ?
Thanks for watching. Camera: Insta360x2 mic: rode lav into a zoom recorder.
Stock Exhaust. is it EURO5 or EURO5 plus. Just wanna know. because this bike comes out next year here in Europe. Thanks 😀
Not sure about the Euro specs but this is the exhaust as released in Japan. From the photos I have seen it looks to be the same in the Euro release. Thanks for watching! More videos and an in depth review coming soon.
@@RideThruJapan Thank you very much for the video & info. well i just have to wait. 😀
I want it too, I am considering to buy it as my first bike or the z650rs, but the price and Hondas reliability is so good. I am just wondering if 20hp is enough, 🤔because I never drove a bike less than 60hp. Sry if my eng is wrong
Thanks for watching, your English is good 👍 It really depends on how you like to ride. Under 100km/h it is a fun bike, on hills you have to ride smooth and shift down to hold or gain speed, but that it why it is fun for me. Expressways are not great. I have a full review coming soon so be sure to Subscribe for that.
Beautiful scenery ,so many bikes. And cars. I like the Honda S800
Thanks for watching, so much cool stuff there, mind blowing.🤯
That sound👌🏻 What's your "favourite" speed to ride?
Thanks for watching, around 80km/h is sweet, fast enough to be fun, sound is sweet and not getting beat up by the wind.
Nice ride..👍🏻 If you can,in future, make a "teck" vid for the bewty 🔩🔧😉
Thanks for watching! Sorry what is a “teck” video?
@@RideThruJapan😄 Maintenance for the bike,if know fix things😉
Will do, right now it is still pretty new 7,000kms so just use the warranty to let Honda do the work. But will take care of it myself later.

Loving this!

Hi friend, how is the XGP X1 still used today? Is the sound good on the street? Has it presented any faults? I'm thinking of buying it, good video, greetings from Colombia.
Thanks for watching😎 so far all good. Sound with my helmet is good up until around 80kms then wind noise gets pretty loud. I usually have it set one click below full volume, but my hearing isn’t amazing anymore. Only issue I have is that the USB cable sometimes gets pulled out by my jacket when it look left hard. But easy to push back in place…hope this helps.
