Excellent. As I am new to Google Drive, I assume the person receiving the link will ONLY be able to view the drive you have shared and none of the other folders on our Drive - which could obviously contain confidential information. Correct?

Hey I have a Problem with my Google Drive Shared Folder. So basically the Company I am working for created a (Shared Folder) and they said that I can upload as many Files as I want on it, the Problem is, every time I upload something in that Shared Folder, it takes my space, and apparantly it should take up their space. I wonder if you could help me: I am trying to set up Google Groups and Google Drive to use with a local charity.
I have set up a Group, but now I want to Share the Folder with the whole Group, and I cannot see how to do this. When I select the Folder and click 'Share', there is a space for individual people to share it with, but no way to enter teh Group name. When I type in the Group name or email, I just get an error message: 'Sorry, Could not understand the email address'. How can I get the Group Name into the Selector list for sharing?

PROBLEM if you see this and can address ... set up : FOLDER in G Drive - share link view only . Files are seen - but _ FOLDERS withIN the share link FOLDER do not show up for the viewer / recipient of the Share link. ( They do show if I log into my G Drive . ) - is there a solution for all FOLDERS inside the share link FOLDER to be visible to the person that uses the SHARE link to the primary FOLDER to see everything inside it . ( WITH OUT PULLING all the files out of the hidden folders ) Thanks
