Hey Herbie, I have a question for you. For some apparent reason, I am unable to install an LED bulb in the top right corner of my trunk (running/brake light). I have LED flashers installed and have LED'd all my other bulbs on my 99' GL1500 SE successfully with the exception of this ONE single bulb. If I pop in a red LED in that socket all my other lights go crazy (irregular flashing occurs). What do you think it could be?
That sounds very odd, do you think that bulb could be bad? Have you tried changing it with a known good bulb? I would just be guessing on anything else, I hope you can figure it out, sorry I’m not much help 😏
The bulb is brand new, and I do have additional ones that are new too but, the results are the same. When I look at the electrical schematic for the socket there is nothing in line that I can see that would cause that type of problem.@@herbiesgarage681
