    Good to see you're not one of those people who impulse buy...what you buy like the Hitachi,the new yanmar,new coochi.....you use them use more often than not and they dont just sit for no reason collecting rust,no clue how to operate or have any practical use but by god they gotta own one just to say so.     Thanks for the video. It helps me understand what it should look like when I do my property.
    I'm struggling to find anyone who will even deliver the rip rap much less someone willing to place it since my land has roughly a 9 foot straight drop from the river carving out in the curve. They seem worried about the weight of the excavator on that ledge and I don't blame them

    2 or 3 bedding boxes would really help out in this situation save you from cleaning up rocks and you could just place them perfectly as you go instead of having some thicker and thinner in deferent spots 🤷🏻‍♂️ my company always runs boxes but idk

    The less care you take placing the rock (Flicking it off the edge with the bucket) seems to produce better results!
    I bet the owner has you back to do the remaining grass bit.

    I studied all of letsdig's videos in preparation for some work I needed to do on my property. I rented a mini-ex, and caught a guy wire, broke my service pole and ripped the weather head off my house. Phase two of ruining my life is selecting the highest interest rate credit card to pay for the repairs. Stay tuned...

      You will get more weeds when you straw it, but the trade off in getting the ground covered quickly to hold the soil in place is worth it.

    That white rock you use is very nice looking. Rarely see that bright white out here... lots of grey stuff is our norm.
