I have some questions regarding the benefits you receive working as a flight attendant:
- Does your salary consist only of flight hours? or do you have a base salary plus flight hours?
- How does seniority work? Do you receive a pay raise every year?

With regards to raise, we do get them every year. We follow some sort of a “raise chart” and it will somehow vary from FA to FA (based on the hiring date, years of service, starting wage, etc.)
