Anne is more like her Mum. She can control her emotions in public. To be honest it is probably really difficult for them to do this front of cameras, they probably just want their privacy. It is so sad to see them this way. It was a few short weeks ago we seen them all enjoying the Jubilee Parade and having fun.😪😪😪
Seriously though, as soon as I heard the news my mind just leapt back to the jubilee, feels like it was only a few days ago when the streets were lined up with crowds cheering as she walked out onto the terrace to greet all the well wishers. I hoped she would make it to atleast 100 years but all good things must come to an end eventually. Rest in peace her majesty. God bless her majesty, king charles and the world.

It doesn't matter whether you lose your father, mother, grandfather or your beloved grandmother. You lose a loved one who has been by your side for years. And whether you're royal or commoner, the pain is the same, it's very deep. I wish you strength.

I'm not British but when I heard of the queen passing I just wanted to bawl. She really seemed like the Grandmother of the world. She was loved and respected by many people whom she never even met.
Grandmother of the world ???? If you come there and say : "I want to attend my grandmother's funeral" and see how they react. I don't hate her but I don't know her real personality behind the closed door. But come on, they are royals, they don't want strange commoners. I'm sorry but you should get back to reality.
My condolences to Queen Elizabeth’s children, grandchildren and great grandchildren for the loss of the matriarch of their family. Also, to the extended family members. I hope her family members may found some comfort and solace knowing she was loved and admired by so many around the world.
I have so much respect for Princess Anne. I'll never forget the bow Princess Eugenie to Queen Elizabeth at her wedding. It was a very deep bow and you could feel her emotion and respect.
I felt such raw and genuine emotions whilst watching this. It was so heartwarming to see Prince Andrew comforting his daughter like that and holding her in the way that he did. It comes as no surprise that he did exactly that, especially in these sad days.
@@vitospatafore9737 Do you mean the wedding of William and Catherine the Prince and Princess of Wales? If you are commenting on that hat from 11 years ago you are sorely behind the times. Both Princesses were good sports about their hats and auctioned them off for charity I believe.
How emotional to watch. They are in the end just a family who lost a Mother, Grand Mother, Great Grandmother. May they find comfort in the outpouring of love. ❤️
Respect for her endurance and hustle as a monarch. The fact that she ruled through so many big events in history and managed to still maintain the U.K in the First World Countries is amazing.
I'm Australian with English and Welsh Bloodlines. The U.K. is still a magnificent country. You may have Some problems but people around The world still look to the U.K. for the Right way to do things.

Think this is the first time I have ever seen Princess Anne show emotion. When she was walking with her children behind her, you could tell she was fighting back tears. I know they are told to keep their emotions in check in public but I think it is just too much right now. When I saw Andrew comforting Eugenie, I started crying

It's a kind of respect to all those people who appreciated the Queen and tribute their love staying aside respecting the pain of her relatives. I personally had a great respect to her, her strength and kindness to all. The very last Queen. 😢
Sometimes it is the smallest things that make a huge impact in a loss like flowers. My Aunt passed from covid at the beginning and after things opened we had a very small service. Not all the family being there. It was a huge impact when driving on the way to the graveyard and went through downtown a guy stopped what he was doing and held his hat over his heart until we passed. Just a simple thing left a huge impact.
Condolences on the loss of your aunt. It's the small acts of kindness and respect that have huge impact. I type this as your story brought me to tears. Much love to you and your family, Hope.
I remember one time I was sitting at a light. And I was stopped next to a biker. Like stereotypical motorcycle biker. Harley Davidson and everything. Lol. We were stopped next to a cemetery. I saw the biker look over to the cemetery and nod his head towards the cemetery and gave a salute. Light changed to green and he was on his way. That really moved me and has stuck with me ever since. Now, I too, nod my head in respect when I pass a cemetery. That man taught me several things that day and he didn't even know it❤️
What stood out to me was Princess Anne’s husband Tim and also Prince Andrew immediately took out their glasses - meaning they were actually going to read the cards, not just glance over.

Yes and all you can hear are the clicking of cameras. I guess its not as bad as with Will Kate Harry and Megan when they had a load of media crews all speaking in the back ground about them cleary within ear shot of all four of them, with the chanel four woman talking about Harry and Megs Opera interview.

Sad, beautiful scenes. The tears from Zara and Eugenie and the way they were all comforting each other. A family in mourning...and the world along with them
Agreed. And look at Prince Edward's suit jack lapel - you can clearly seen tear stains there. I know that the Countess of Wessex was extremely close to Her Majesty and I am sure some of her tears are there.
I have mourned grandparents, both my parents, and in-laws in my life and it was very emotional and difficult. I couldn't imagine having to hold it together while and entire world watched. I truly feel for all of them right now.
So touching to see the royal family take an interest and spend time reading the cards placed with the floral tributes. So quiet and dignified. The Queen was elegance personified, may she rest in peace. She will soon be reunited with her beloved spouse.
I can't believe that criminal, Andrew, who paid off 20 mil of people's tax money, to a lady he abused as a minor, was allowed to attend. Why isn't he in jail? Oh yeah he is a royal so he is above the law.
I liked yhe way Andrew joined his hand to say thanks to the people outside the palace do you know what it means you take the space between your two hands and bring it together to accolade their presence and by putting them to gether you thank them all.god bless you and your family.
This really brings home the fact that they are a family in mourning for their mother and granny. Seeing Eugenie and Zara tearing up broke my heart because it reminded me of how I felt when I lost my grandmothers. God bless the Royal Family!

Sophie, Countess of Wessex is SUCH a lovely lady. You can see her say two times, "Thank you", before the family heads inside through the gates. It's very clear to see why she was apparently one of the Queen's favourites.

It’s great that the Queen lived such a long & productive life. Her ascension to the throne was very very sad, but she handled everything with such strength. Her as a kid addressing the British children evacuating London in WWII made me cry

This is a beautiful sight to see the family together taking the time to read the cards and view the flowers. They are human and have had their troubles like anyone else. I live in the US but some of my ancestor lines came from England and Wales so I feel a connection.

I wish everyone a lot of strength in these hours. Everyone feels the loss of a person differently, so please respect the kind of grief everyone has for themselves. It's hard for me to understand what it must feel like for a country to lose a beloved monarch. there is no monarchy in my country. But I have great sympathy with the queen and the English people. absolutely

The Queen was always like a mother to me, I swore allegiance to her and looked up to her with filial devotion. It's their job, and has been for 1200 years, they know the score. But it's a hard moment for them as people. I suspect they are really touched by the actual empathy they are being shown as people, not just as Royals.
As a dutch citizen I have much respect for Elizabeth, the British queen. She really gave her life to duty for her people the best way she could. Wow...what a character and woman. R.I.P. queen.
Hard to watch, because even though we have occasionally disagreed with them, many of us already know the utter heartache of losing a favorite family member.
I can’t imagine how difficult it would be to have lost your mother, beloved granny, your country’s leader-and have to parade in front of the public and not breakdown. To bear the condolences from the grieving public without crying themselves?! Great admiration. For their sense of dignified duty. I hope they are all able to comfort each other in private, away from crowds and cameras.
Ja, eigentlich obwohl ich die Queen, dass alles was ich gesehen hatte nicht mochte, Familie ist Familie und da hast du Recht mit deinem Kommentar, wie schwer es ist für die damit umzugehen in der Öffentlichkeit.
How wonderful to see the family actually stop to read the messages from all the hundreds of people who left these flowers to honor the Queen. It is a sad loss and I’m sure it will take some time to find a new path forward. No matter one’s age- no one is prepared to lose the rock and guide in their life. So touching- may they find comfort from each other and comfort from knowing how beloved Queen Elizabeth ll is and always will be.
Lets be honest. They had to, its a publicity stunt. If they didnt it would seem very rude and standoffish. Maybe theyre not pretending but they probably have been encouraged to stand there for several minutes.
Beyond just exquisitely being the quintessential embodiment of royalty...this was a mother, a daughter, a sister, a wife, a grandmother, an absolutely adored matriarch to her loved ones. What a remarkable woman she was, not only to her family, not only to her country, but to the world. Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth, will be greatly missed.
I absolutely love how they actually take the time to view the flowers laid out for the Queen. The people loved her. RIP Queen Elizabeth. Our sincere condolences to the royal family
Princess Beatrice avoided most of the cameras, and kept her Face hidden! I’m sure it’s be soo difficult to hide one’s emotions! I feel for The Royal Family at this time!
She was extremely close to the Queen. She literally wore one of her gowns at her wedding not to mention the same tiara. They definitely had a special relationship
The Queen was the last person alive that tethered me to an era my nana was from. I can’t stop crying over a woman I didn’t know, but I felt like I knew.
I feel that. It's like part of your identity has gone. A mother and grandmother to the nation. Every time I turn on tv and see the pictures, this clip of the grieving family, it hurts.
Same her I lost my mother when I Was 31 and dad 12 years ago, there Were born about two years before The Queen. She was the last link To their era, it's like I'm losing them Again.
Princess Anne is just so wonderful underneath her dignified and firm exterior. An incredible woman like her mum. The two royals I have the most respect for.
I like Princess Anne and Zara and that side of the family. Princess Anne is the hardest working royal and was there with her mum alot at the end. Nice lady, nice children.
My deepest sympathy goes out to all the royal family at this very sad time such a great loss to us all .I know what it is like to loose both your parents so very hard an upsetting a big part of you that is missing .
Well this started me crying again. I can remember kindnesses the Queen showed to us in times of crisis, like the Kennedy assassination and 9/11. It’s remarkable she was Queen through both of those events. Please don’t make this political, just want to acknowledge how much a friend she was to the U.S. and how we will miss her, too. I’m sad for the family as it is a very personal loss as well as national one. Such dignity in their grief, as they show their appreciation to the public. Flowers to all who are grieving, from the USA. 💐💐💐
The delicate dance between Princess Royal Anne and her Zara had me weeping. Zara appeared to be the most emotional member of the family and so many times it looked like the Princess Royal wanted to pat her hand on Zara but instead she just kept close behind her. I do believe that if her mother or maybe anyone else there had made that kind of contact, Zara would have lost it and I make this observation with the dubious distinction of myself usually being the most emotional one at these sad gatherings. Princess Royal's Anne gentle nod as Zara looked back to her before retreating behind the gates will stand for me as one of most poignant of many poignant moments I will see as Britain lays their magnificent Queen Elizabeth II to heavenly rest.
It would be doubly hard for Zara - she is feeling her own grief for the loss of her dear grandmother but also feeling and seeing the grief of her own mother for HER mother.
Prince Edward’s wife Sophie, truly seems so sweet. She seemed to be close to the Queen and Prince Phillip and certainly genuinely emotional for their loss as a family member.
How nice to see the other siblings all banded together in this time of grief forming a united family front. As always, Princess Royal Anne was impeccable, as was Sophie, Duchess of Wessex (who gave a quiet "Thank You" to the silent crowd)😇Condolences to all😇
My heart and deepest condolences go out to ALL the Royal Family. No matter what issues they may have amongst themselves, they have lost the matriarch of their family and the world mourns with them. Godspeed, Your Majesty.
Prince Andrews's daughters are such lovely young women. I felt such a sense of sadness seeing Princess Eugenie cry. I am so glad her dad comforted her...bless her heart, so sad!
@@JM.TheComposer Yep, I reluctantly commented on it at a time like this but as I said it looks worse on the footage on television. You can see most of it here. His hand goes right down in contact all the way and right down around under her backside. He's a scourge. That was the reason for him stooping down. It's impossible not to see it.
I have grown up seeing Queen Elizabeth II during the times that were good and not so good but each time she remained kind, gracious and composed. No matter what criticisms were said of her, the duty she fulfilled for the people of Great Britian per her promise, was steadfast. Leaders such as Queen Elizabeth are from an Era when your character was cemented by strong morals and ethics, these are not obtained from Google, apps. Or any technology.
How sad that it is so difficult for them to grieve in the full view of the world. They probably just want time to be together and process what has happened, but there are so many expectations on them that they are essentially postponing their grief. I hope in the coming weeks they will be able to have some time and privacy

Just a simple thing left a huge impact.
how moving and sweet
Can you imagine how they would feel if there no flowers or very few. Fortunately, there are plenty!
Condolences on the loss of your aunt. It's the small acts of kindness and respect that have huge impact. I type this as your story brought me to tears. Much love to you and your family, Hope.
That's very nice. And I'm sorry for your loss.
That man taught me several things that day and he didn't even know it❤️
It is moving to know/see that they are in fact reading some of the cards and not just walking pass by those flowers. ❤
What stood out to me was Princess Anne’s husband Tim and also Prince Andrew immediately took out their glasses - meaning they were actually going to read the cards, not just glance over.
Really good point!
Sending lots of love to princess Anne, indeed a daughter any mother could ask for. Hope she gets to keep some of the queen’s personal items.

I noticed Princess Eugenie was emotional also
The younger women, Zara in particular were struggling to hold it together, they did very well under ther circumstances.
It would be doubly hard for Zara - she is feeling her own grief for the loss of her dear grandmother but also feeling and seeing the grief of her own mother for HER mother.

How nice to see the other siblings all banded together in this time of grief forming a united family front. As always, Princess Royal Anne was impeccable, as was Sophie, Duchess of Wessex (who gave a quiet "Thank You" to the silent crowd)😇Condolences to all😇
Andrew should not have been there.

That heart felt wave AT the end ❤
My heart and deepest condolences go out to ALL the Royal Family. No matter what issues they may have amongst themselves, they have lost the matriarch of their family and the world mourns with them. Godspeed, Your Majesty.
Prince Andrews's daughters are such lovely young women. I felt such a sense of sadness seeing Princess Eugenie cry. I am so glad her dad comforted her...bless her heart, so sad!
I wasn't impressed by exactly how he comforted her.
Jump to 2:05 and look at Andrew's long right arm comforting Eugenie. 😵💫
I can't stop the tears to fall...

Rest In Peace, Her Majesty The Queen 🙏🏻😿❤️ Love from Brazil 🇧🇷
How sad that it is so difficult for them to grieve in the full view of the world. They probably just want time to be together and process what has happened, but there are so many expectations on them that they are essentially postponing their grief. I hope in the coming weeks they will be able to have some time and privacy
My condolences to the entire royal family. These are first and foremost real people who have lost a loved one who so excellently and prominently served through just about every upheaval life can bring. Thank you QE2 for your many years of service, enjoy your well deserved rest. Thank you King Charles III for taking your responsibilities with dignity while you grieve deeply for your mama. May you find comfort and support in the love of your wife, children, relatives and people around the world who so deeply respected your mother, the Queen of The British Realms.
Sending condolences and prayers for her family. Knowing that she is with her Prince again is a blessing! She can finally be at peace and see her mum and be with her Dad again! RIP Your Majesty!
I like their togetherness. May God give the strength as they mourn our grandmother. Humble and cheerful mother she was.
RIP Your Majesty, may you now be with your beloved Philip ❤️🙏🏼🇺🇸
Whilst not a “typical “ family it was good to see the Queen’s children and grandchildren paying respect and thanking the well wishers. It was obvious that many of the women had been crying. RIP Elizabeth! Thank you!
I like the Brits a lot. The politeness and respectfully manners I have experienced while travelling and in business ... it's all being reflected in their mourning. My condolences to the Windsor family and Brits as whole. R.i.P. (P.S.: After Prince Charles first speech I have the confidence he will be a wonderful successor. Long live the King)

She was their mom, grandmother, mother in law and just a nice person who was loved by the world.
So sad. Sending my sincerest condolences to the royal family. God bless!
