Easily, so far, Skull has my favorite design, his grim, and noir look give him my approval.
My Favorite is hands down Kiwami Arms from Gaim. A sleek silvery metal, light wieght and durable, the rainbow motif to match all the fruits on his visor and the chest piece with a literal fruit basket on it. Not to mention its ability to give him every single weapon the other riders have used is amazing.

10. Specter- I like the helmet that’s about it
9. Cross-z magma- too orange but the dragons are cool
8. Kamen Rider chaser- it’s a bit plain with all the silver but still a nice suit
7. Ouja- I’m a simple man I see purple, I like the suit.

5. Brave- I like the knight motif
4. Zangetsu- it just looks so clean and sophisticated with all the white and light green
3. Den o hijack form- I love the train track scarf thing it’s got going on

I love Chronos, he looks so threatening, and Gemdeus Chronos looks even better.
I have a deep love for all the "manmade" rider suits:
the whole G family, the 5 riders from 555 (and even the Riotroopers), DarKabuto is how you do an evil clone and the Hoppers are a perfectly executed concept, somewhat the IXA (even if a bit less), the various Drive modes. Wizard and Chronos as well, have nice designs
of Fourze I like the gimmick of the limbs equipment, and Ex-Aid, while I LOVE IT as a serie, have a design far too much connected to the videogame motif, and will keep looking out of place in pretty much each end every future crossover movie
I really love the Delta and Faiz Axel suit. Actually, the suits in the faiz series always looked the coolest to me. Delta especially since it looked angelic and demonic at the same time, which makes sense since anybody could use it whether for good or evil. Faiz axel just looks awesome.
I honestly like the Fourze suits, yeah, they can come off as a bit weird, but I think they fit well with the goofiness of the show!
I love the idea of Kiwami, but owing I think in large part to its little girl shoulders and its conehead Kachidoki just looks like the final suit of that season instead
At least Kouta outside of his suit looks pretty legit @ the end of the series. That and Baron's final form being a fucking monster both take some of the sting out of Kiwami's little baby shoulders
Kamen Rider Kabuto is the best of the best, the characters and storyline are perfect. Tendo is completely op, he masters cooking, combating, almost any kind of sports, piano and knows four kinds of language. Not to mention that he has genius level intellect and peak human condition, even can dodge bullets. Kabuto hyper form can hyper clock up which is faster than speed of light due to its time travel properties and his combatant skills is unrivalled. He is the BEST Kamen Rider ever!!!!!
Nice video Marcos. Some nice choices in there as well. I think my favorite Rider suit has to go to either Decade or Lazer Lvl 3.
With the eye visor things, I like it when you can kind of see it like through something. So things like Meteor, Ryuki,or Grease.

I'm so down with Wizard as one of the greatest designs and, one of my favorite things about that show was Wizard's fighting style, which was all spinning kicks. Unlike Kabuto, for instance, which was all blunt armored punching, I read somewhere that Wizard almost never used his fists because the show's combat style was designed around protecting his rings, which is amazing!!! I'd also like to promote Super 1, the first silver Rider (with tiger stripes and fringe on his gloves!) as another great design from way back in 1980!

Late comment (in terms of date) about Kamen Rider Build, whose design and motif I adore. Even just the Driver was enough to make me love the motif.

I personally think that W has some of the best-looking Rider Forms. For the most part, the only differences between each are the colors, the texture, and the weapon availability. Because they kept the designs for W's Forms simple (with the only exceptions being FangJoker and CycloneJokerExtreme), it was easier for me to roll with the changes.
I like all the symmetrical suits tough I like ghost the best like you said the lines that glow in the dark and the hoodie does it for me I even like the villain hoodies

I love the suits from Amazon Riders bc it is basically their skin when you think about it. Also really like Dangerous Zombie Gemn and TheBee.
I really like the Kamen Ride Black suits. Whereas most other Kamen Riders look stylish and fun, Blacks suits look like actual combat gear, that’s all function no flair. I like that in a suit

People are going to hate me for this but Decade base form is my favorite suit
Same, the conehead design really put me off at first though i got used to it quickly.
Plus the color scheme is one one of the best in terms or using mostly neutral colors.
I like Decade suit except the WHITE part of his lower body armor,its so jarring.

genm level x suit is the best because it looks so sick and menacing. something out of a horror movie.
Kamen rider Gemn lv.X is one of the best suits and transformation for me.

Liked the video, but I would give the best design in Kabuto for Zabee, Gattack, Drake and mainly Sasword, that's an agressive and imperative design we got there, and not to mention the well designed scorpion motifs all around the suit, this designs is the best one along with the Chalice, that I choose to make a cosplay out of it... "I'll be the man who stands at the top of cosplay!", LOL!

"Well nobody's perfect" I see that W reference and I like it.
My favorite is probably either Kamen Rider Ichigo from Kamen Rider The First and Kamen Rider The Next, or Kamen Rider IXA.
I just love the Ichigo redesign because it looks less ridiculous and more of a realistic suit that a real life Kamen Rider might wear.
I also really love IXA's whole knight aesthetic, not to mention his color scheme is simple but it works really well. I enjoy the appearance of all three of his forms and the Rider itself has an interesting history of having several users, much like the Riders from Faiz/555.
Honorable Mentions: Basically any Kamen Rider with a black/bright blue color scheme since bright blue (specifically deep sky blue) is my favorite color. Meteor, Spectre, G4, etc...

-2)Super Deadheat Drive: A recolor of one of the most bad-ass monster,Mashin Chaser, in a very cool red
-3)Kachidoki Arms: "enter Proto's reasons why this is so cool"
-4)Zero Specter: I always thought that Specter and his variations we're cooler that Ghost's: Ore Specter looks more scarier that Ore Ghost, Sin Specter is just better that Mugen Damashii (we get it Ghost, you like Infinity Style) and Zero Specter is a better recolor that Dark Ghost.(I mean Grateful Damashii is far better that Deep Specter)
-5)Dark Kiva: Just look at it.
-6)Super-1: The only Showa design that I really like, he's almost perfect... except the gloves, those look weird.
-7)Skull: I'm a bit biased on W since it's my first and my favorite KR season, but even if you take that away, this design just scream awesomeness and those grey line on the chest and the crack on his skull just look great.
-8)Kamen Rider New Den-O: I think this design looks better than all the Den-O suits, and it has a cool weapon.
-9)Drake: "insert no 6 from Marcos list"
-10)Orga: Awesome robe, awesome shoulder armor and a nice color scheme make this suit my favorite from Faiz, even if I didn't saw it.
Honorable mentions:
-Specter Nobunaga Damashii: I still wish that Zero Specter used this Damashii...
-Fifteen: Basically, it's Skull but not as good. The design looks great and all, until you get to the head with that kanji on his head, it looks dumb.
-Joker: Basically, its Skull but not as good, it's very simple and that hurts it for me a bit, but I still like it.

My favourite suit is OOO Putotyra combo, Kuuga Ultimate, then Dangerous Zombie
2:41 Skull some of his design elements to The Skull Man (and possibly the Capcom characters based on him: Skull Man and Skullomania) , who Ishamori designed himself, so there's that too.
KACHIDOKI ARMS is one of the best design

To me my personal favorite suits are J because it's like ichigo's but really sliming and a really cool helmet. My second is the kiva base due to the jacket and chain motif plus the visor is like bat wings and that is amaizing. And for your reasons are the same as mine to likeing the drake suit.
Drive Formula is my favorite suit, Meteor is a close second
