My feelings for Be the One is pretty amped by the fact Build was my very first KR season which I watched at the start of the year. I'd been wanting for a while to get into the series and Be the One felt like my official welcome into the franchise and fandom when I heard the song at the end of the first episode.
I agree. It's my favorite KR season overall with it's theme and gothic nature. The 2 different time plots really make it unique. The theme is perfect for the season. Love it.

This video maybe 3 years old but that doesn’t stop me from stating my own FAVORITE My favorite is actually not from the series, it’s from this series’s videogame called Super Climax Heroes and the song’s called Perfect Game. I really really love how overly energetic this theme is because in my opinion, it fits Kamen Rider in general and it makes sense given that the game is a big crossover. The rock n’ roll mixed with chants in the chorus will always be ingrained into my head. It’s just THAT GOOD!!💙💙💙

I think the big thing with Ex-Aid is that it’s a very Niche season. It really only seems to appeal to a certain group of people. It’s one of my personal favorites but I understand why other people don’t like it quite as much.

I love many of the Kamen Rider songs I've listen and still need to listen but you need a title that gives you a pump to listen to and the one that I get a real pump to is just one: LIFE IS SHOWTIME. God I love that title. My favorite title for a song and just astonishing. Even though Wizard could have been grander, I think it still did a good job for being a showtime. After all, you have to enjoy your life no matter what and make it a show!
My favorite heisei openings are, in no particular order: kiva, fourze, drive, gaim, w, ooo, ex-aid, amazons, wizard, den-o, blade 1, and kuuga. Now for just the songs, there's only one I really don't like because it feels so out of place imo: ghost
I really love Ghost as a series more than most, but I thought it's intro was hands down the most uninspired, and I'd swap it's position with Excite. Interesting order, though.

I agree with most of this list (although I'm curious where Break the Chain would have gone if this list was longer). Personally, one of my favorite themes is Alive a Life (Ryuki's theme), the synths combined with all the interesting visuals and good vocals make for a strong theme. Also, speaking of covers, Kamen Rider Girls' cover of Ghost's Theme is also a great listen for those who haven't heard it before.

I agree with you 1000% (Sorry Thouser) on Climax Jump... the JRock remix featuring the voices of the Taros used later in the season is just as awesome (and a good music vid too, just as good as Life Is Showtime's MV which shown Hiroshi Tanahashi fighting Ghouls). And funny but sad story... Kamen Rider Den-O is the only one I watched the entire series and all the movies that feature Den-O prominently. Wizard is going to be second. Yeah... the OPs help.

When I was replaying Gran Turismo on the PSP, where you can use a custom soundtrack by putting in your own mp3 files, I ended up listening to Surprise Drive from Kamen Rider Drive while drifting on a track. Also the instrumental orchestrated version of this song was pretty good but made me feel like Kamen Rider Drive is walking towards his car putting on his helmet while the sun rises.
I love Climax Jump but I'm torn between the original version and the DenLiner version. They're both really good and I used to listen to them while playing WoW years ago. Brings back all the memories

For me personally I love Decades theme. But not as the shows theme tho. I think they should have used it as the outro of the show instead and had a more exciting intro song. The song puts me into the mind of Decade as he wanders sadly trying to find a world to call his own. Makes me think of a lone Ranger all alone grasping for meaning in his life. Which decade feels like, even tho he's got his friends around him. I think if they had used a intro song that expressed what his friends think of him instead of what he thinks of himself, it would have been better. But that's just my opinion. ☺️
