The way Tom pronounces museum won't let me sleep tonight 😱😬🤣🤣🤣
Hello. It is not clear to me if the active player could build from his hand and also build a card from a discard pile. Are both actions could happen on the same turn? or just one of them? and also to buy an expert. The 3 of them could be done in a turn? Thank you!

I know you don't care much for people's comments, and please don't take this is an insult, but simply as an educational tip. The correct pronunciation is myo͞oˈzēəm. It's pronounce just like any other word that ends with SEUM such as nauseum or coliseum (also spelled Colosseum). Thank you very much for this review.
Colosseum and museum are pronounced differently. Museum is a Z sound while colosseum is S.
How does this differ from Archaeology: New Expedition?
Archaeology new expedition is more of a push your luck kind of game. You draw cards, then hope they don't get stolen or blown by sandstorms before you can score.
Museum is about picking cards to form sets for points where each card can score in different ways.
I love Archeology.
I won't play Museum again.
The flow of the game in Museum is horrible imo. Tom stated it briefly, but it prevented us entirely from having fun when we played it at a con last summer. Draw a card... you pick a card? No... you? How about you? Ok... now random event time, oh shoot... we forgot it's effect last turn, what do we do? Let's forget it and proceed, what is it now (we will forget it too).
... and the problem being that at it's core, we've played this kind of set collection several times before. I would suggest Sherlock VS Mycroft personally.
Martin Larouche You literally comment on every video about this game...I want to take that as a serious warning against keeping my KS copy but I also am surprised by your vigor in always finding content about it and throwing in your negative thoughts.
@@jordanb7741 I am just curious about how it's received by critics since our group unanimously hated it. I am not necessarilly this negative about games and the game is fairly adequate for what it is, but it really should've been a small card game imo.
Martin Larouche do you think there’s any chance the expansions would add enough more interesting decisions that it could save it? There are five expansions, all adding some new element, so perhaps some combo of them?
$60 CDN for a card (base) game is quite high. Must be all the art. Somewhat little gameplay here.
The board looks incredibly busy and hard to see what's background and what's not. Looks pretty but not functional at all.
While I agree its busy, there are also not too many things to track on the board. Most of them being cards. I don't think it affects play-ability and it does look interesting at a glance.

Is there a game about returning artifacts to their cultures? You know, their rightful owners they have been stolen from?
