Necessity is the mother of invention and ingenuity.😊😊
I use a higher grade egg slicer.
for slicing small fruits, like strawberry, kiwi, and starfruit.
🍓🥝✴️
OH MY! The mushroom cleaning hack just changed my life!!! I use mushrooms in all kinds of recipes and the one thing I could never get right was how to get them as clean as the ones the chefs use on TV. Now I know. THANK YOU so much. I love these food hack videos. PEACE
Ice chunks and pancake batter freezing! Awesome
freezing in a plastic bag works as well ---- just spread it out so it's easy to break off what you need
i can’t pick a favorite; they’re all great! 😊
Use each one!
I love this guy's style. Its like... 'nerd cool'.
Pure genius!!! I am so interested in your training cuz you show ideas I have never come across anywhere else.... and I have been cooking for 40 years
Happy cooking! 🍳👨🍳🥘
I agree I'm been a home cook for nearly 30yrs AND I'm a qualified chef and didn't know any of these, I guess some hacks are not the way the tutors grade you on.

Love the use of muffin tin for dough cups and ice blocks; Using the tin in the freezer takes less space than small plastic cups for the cubes; freezing the water bottle on the side, steaming the skin on fish before cooking….all of them are great hacks. Thanks and wishing you great success.
We're glad you found hacks using muffin molds useful and space-saving!
Love the frozen lemon wedge tip. Thank you.♥️
Take advantage of it!

For a crispy crust on the pizza hack, I throw a piece of parchment paper in the pan (large enough to cover the bottom) and then heat - keeps the cheese from oozing into the pan, but still gets melty. If it's really dry, you can spritz with water.
That's a great addition to the pizza hack! Enjoy your crispy and melty pizzas! 🍕😊
@@WebspoonWorld I adore you guys💘!!
With all the craziness going on in the world, my heart goes out to y'all and I hope you stay safe💙💛
😊Had an Italian foreign exchange several years ago, back in Italy his mom was a baker she taught him how to use parchment paper when making pizza, he in turn taught us. Since then I am never without parchment paper while baking.
Love your life hacks. Can you do one on how you keep your oven so shiny clean and your knives so wonderfully sharp please? Thanks. Ps, I think my favourite episode was where you were coping with no electricity - and still made yummy food instead of ending up a teary mess I like I would have. Hope you and your loved ones are surviving the war okay. 😍😍
Place a baking sheet or aluminum foil on the bottom rack to catch any spills or drips.
Wipe up spills immediately to prevent them from hardening and becoming more difficult to clean.
Regularly clean the oven using a non-abrasive cleaner and a sponge or cloth.
Use oven-safe mats or liners to protect the oven floor from food debris and grease.
Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning the oven door and removing and cleaning the oven racks.
@@WebspoonWorldthank you very much.
The mushroom hack & the fizzy drinks-beer hack are pure genius ! 💖
😊
Love your fridge with big freezer drawers wow! ❤
:)
My mom taught me about the lettuce coring hack when I was a kid in the 1960s. Great video 👏🏻👩🏻🏫🥰‼️
It's always great when we can learn helpful tips and tricks from our parents.Happy cooking! 👩🍳🥗
@@WebspoonWorld … True 😊👩🏻🍳.
I learned this from a Tupperware demonstrator many years ago.
My grandpa actually taught me. Also in the 60’s.
Yep, @dianefiske-foy4717 , I saw that lettuce-coring hack in the 1960s or maybe late ‘50s. Couple of French chefs demonstrated it on their cooking sh@ow. (I can’t remember their names). They suggested you would only need to slam the lettuce on the counter one time, if you accompanied it with a proper martial arts yell.
You always give awesome tips thanks mate from Australia 👍🇦🇺
💖
Thank you for sharing these genius and simple life hacks❤😊 keep them Comin
🙂
Air fryer to reheat pizza, works great! You can run a small amount of water over bottom crust to remoisten & soften but still a bit crunchy on top crust. Quick & easy. Love this channel ❤
All right!
Love your channel. The hacks are great. So.e I already know but so many more that I don't. Please keep your fantastic hacks coming. You ate a pure genius!! Stay safe xx
All of the tips are useful, but some are absolutely brilliant! Thank you again!

Thanks for sharing your brilliant hacks 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
you really made my kitchen more appealing!!!! thank you, thank you
😋
You have outdone yourself this time, I can and will use all your hacks in this video.
Thank you 😊😎

The flour works just like baking soda as an abrasive😊
@WebspoonWorld ^^there's your answer!
I don’t wet my mushrooms, but I use baking soda for my leafy greens & fresh fruit. Works like a charm.
I usually eat left over pizza cold straight out of the refrigerator. Yeah, i'm weird. I know. lol. In all seriousness though, these life hack videos are great. Alot of them I never would of thought of or have heard of before.
Keep enjoying your pizza, whether it's hot or cold!
I Love cold slice with my morning coffee ☕ not an everyday thing only once a month when I make pizza.
Thank you for making everyday things easier🎉🎉
You my friend are a genius cook. I love watching you do what you do. Thank you for sharing. Take care.
Take care as well, and keep enjoying the delicious recipes!
muffin pan hacks were 👍👍
😎
Loved the frozen egg tip. Looked so neat when fried and takes less room up in the pan. Creative use of peelers, cake cooling racks and getting level spoons full of flour etc. Good lateral thinking! Yay !
🎉 Absolutely!
You can freeze biscuit batter the same way you did the pancake batter and cook the cubes in a fry pan too. It's so great to have hot biscuits along with your eggs and bacon in morning without the hassle of rolling them out and cutting them and then baking them in the oven. PEACE
Place a piece of leftover pizza in a skillet, LOOSELY cover with slightly crumpled foil, and heat for a few minutes for a crispy-fresh crust and melty cheese!
Genius! Thank you for sharing! 😊
🥰
You are amazing!! Simple yet so handy !! Bless you 🤗
For the pizza, my DIL puts a tbsp butter in the pan and puts a lid on. Nice and crisp and tasty!
Very creative hacks/ideas & useful as well. Thank you.
Your videos are so entertaining that it's almost like watching magic tricks. I often smile when I see what you've done. Nice work, my friend. 😊
Again, totally awesome. Thanks to the team! 😮😊
Happy cooking and have a fantastic day! 😊👍
Great ideas, useful and time-saving. Thank you.
What amazing tips! Love the avocado, mango suggestions especially. The American word *hack* means a rough cut or blow, not a great refined culinary term. Love your channel.
Thank you for the kind words and review!
Love the lemon hack
Thank you for the mushroom idea! There is a myth in the cooking world's collective memory that says washing mushrooms is a bad idea-but this isn't true. Mushrooms are mostly water, so a little more is not going to change their flavor or texture. These fungi also lose moisture when they are exposed to heat, which means any extra water is simply going to cook out. And just imagine how big and fat they would be after every heavy rain LOL
Thank you for sharing this insight and clarifying the myth about washing mushrooms. Happy cooking! 🍄🍳

A number of these hacks are useful. Freezing the pancake batter caught my attention. I think I'll experiment with this one to see how it affects the rising of the baking powder. 🤞
Experimentation is key, and it's always fun to try new techniques in the kitchen. Enjoy your pancake-making adventures!
Loved the Pancake hack. I live alone and usually wind up throwing batter out because it makes more than I can eat. Will try this for the extra batter.
@@pamg5497i got one of those mini waffle makers. I make waffles with the pancake better, then freeze them.
LOVE the hack on peeling skin off fish. I love Salmon but hate the skin. Thank you so much for sharing! Many blessings from Cali!
I’m so doing the pancake batter in the ice tray.
Your are wonderful!
Your hacks are so useful!
Thank you ❤
❤
Love all 3ideas with the muffin pan!,, Thank you for all these ideas!,
Muffin pans are like kitchen wizards that make everything so much more interesting.
Fantastic tips! I've been doing the frozen water bottle thing for years but I also freeze tea that way. Then I can add tea to the bottle and have iced tea without it being diluted by ice. The muffin tin idea is also great for anything you want to freeze in individual portions. Eggs, mashed sweet potatoes, hash browns, chopped onions, slider patties, crushed ginger, parsley, basil or other herbs, etc. You could add water to some of the herbs you're freezing to keep them fresh. Thanks again, you always provide the impetus for fresh ideas!!
Happy cooking and experimenting!
Cool beer foam hack. Thx!
❤
I always wondered why they turn the bottle upside down in bars, now I know. Thanks 😊
you're the Best of the Best!!
🙌
mesmerizing, I am always surprised when it ends, it goes so quickly.
So loving this. I wish I new this when my boys where at home😮
Спасибо! Очень познавательно. 50% никогда и нигде не встречала!
The mushroom tip!! So smart.
A small tomato paste can makes a great corer for heads of cauliflower
That's a fantastic kitchen hack using a small tomato paste can as a corer for cauliflower!
I always love your hacks! * the foam trick for drinks like coke, I do not like, I do not think that is hygenic.. I always poar in to the middle, then also less foam. *The water bottle hack is very good, I also use frozen bottles of water to replace cooling pads for using in the coolerbox, and after they melt I can drink them, * And for my white wine I freeze left over white wine, for next wine as ice cubes which does not gets water taste. * Leftover Red wine I freeze for use in sauce or meat gravy. * the pizza: put a little water on the bottom and warm it in the oven * For SMOKED salmon: the salmon usually is very difficult to take the slices off. Just put the package upside down, and start from the bottom.. the slices come off easily. * The lemon trick I also do it with leftover strawberry's, blackberry's, raspberry's, etc. to put in my drinks.. Looks and tastes great! *I like the milk froth trick, saves an expensive froth maker! * I have an extra tip, after you fried french fries, just twist them in a salad twister, (centrifuge) you'll be amazed how much fat you beat off! Spoonfuls of fat! So you can eat less fat and healthier fries! Keep giving us your tips and tricks! I love them!!
The idea of freezing leftover wine to make ice cubes or using it in sauces is a smart way to avoid waste and add flavor!
@@WebspoonWorldWho on earth has wine leftovers??😂😂🤣🤣
Brilliant!
I like my pizza crust slightly crispy like hot bread. I put slices upside down on a rack in the baking tray and grill it shortly close to the top element until its dried off. Then I turn upside up and grill about 2min until the cheese melts again.
That's a fantastic technique for achieving a slightly crispy crust on your pizza!
U r genius ! Thankyou!
I like the frozen lemon wedges hint. Have just popped two wedged lemons in my freezer. Thanks
Use it!
These are great! Thank you!

Always so inventive and so darn cute! 😉👍😘
To make crispy potatoes pancakes after I grate potatoes, I squeeze the starch water out using a cheesecloth, just like Chef did with the zucchini. Really great ideas, some more work than it’s worth, but generally lots of useful learning .
Reheat pizza in pizza pan in oven to get it crispy again.
Those are fantastic tips! 🍕🥞👨🍳
I always enjoy your videos. You have very strong hands 🌈

I live alone also & I’m going to do the pancake in ice tray. I have rheumatoid arthritis & can’t stand for long periods of time. That’s something I could just do ahead of time when I’m feeling good for the days I don’t.
