My favorite Trivium song forever, and love the guitar tone. Seems less scratchy than usual. Would it be possible to balance your vocals with everything else though? It's definitely much louder than everything else. Thanks for the playthroughs!

I like the transition animation, but I think it appeared too much
I remember seeing a video many years ago with Matt telling guitarists to use the pinky, hard as it may be, and never exclude it and he practices what he preaches. That pinky is flying in the end solo. I have always made it a point to keep up that pinky dexterity for the guitar and the shocker.

If I recall he was more than willing to record this song, but he didn't have the stamina to do it in a single take so he wanted to take a quick break before attempting it again. So after his break he returned in the middle of Corey recording his parts for him lmao.
