I like the sub idea but why not add closed captions via UA-cam itself? That way people choose if they want subs or not.
Because CC looks like shit and when done by an editor it looks way better.
I'm in no way deaf or anything, but i still like the subs Mr. Editor. They're big enough to easily read, small and quick enough to not be super distracting, and i like the emote additions too!
Editing often goes unnoticed, but for me it can absolutely make or break a channel, and you do a great job!
As someone hard of hearing I love the subtitles

The subs are great! A bit more work for you, Mr Kieran, but we love them anyways! May I suggest a thicker font though? Something chubby? And maybe white coloring?

For sure keep the subtitles
subtitles were kinda jarring at the first couple of minutes, but got used to it pretty quickly bcs of the color choice. I think it's a really good addition for people with hearing problems. maybe more subs for whomever he's in a call with especially other people that nick's in a call with are usually substantially quieter than nick that there are times i barely hear them, i only noticed subs for fappy in the first few minutes. Nonetheless, good job kieran!

I like the subtitles. I don't need them but I'm a visual person anyways so it's just nice. You can now also put words in Quants "mouth" ;) Or just play around with them in other ways. Context when he's answering a chat question etc.

Personally, I don’t like the subtitles. BUT, I like that it’s helping those who are deaf or hard of hearing. So I wouldn’t mind if they stayed around for that community

I honestly prefer that u add the subtittles via yt, not in the actual video. I say that because they can be useful for a lot of viewers with less audition or not a good enough english to understand what nick says without reading it. But for my case, i tend to focus in the text instead of the gameplay. Im sure im not the only one with that problem.
Anyways, if adding them via yt is not an option, please keep em in the video so everyone can enjoy!

the subtitles are a good concept, and I like the cute emotes, but they *are* distracting and you don’t catch always everything Quantum or the person in call with him is saying - would it be possible to use the UA-cam subtitles to let people opt *into* having them?

I like the emotes, I'm not a regular twitch viewer and quant seems to use a lot of them when he speaks so it's nice to finally put a cat on the words haha (ABSUUUURD)
I like the subtitles, I also llike the emotes on screen, not as much the quant, those ones don't add much. But the funny cat ones I like.
