KeepingItKASEY girl me too 😂😂😂😂.Lol I been 8 years natural and I’m so done. I’m going back to the texturizers. It just too time consuming especially when u got 2 kids and a husband 😂
KeepingItKASEY I really don't see the problem, if you do not put on lotion then the skin is very ashy and dry, some have no problem with that, but have a problem with making the hair softer? The skin is not naturally moisturized, the teeth aren't naturally clean you have to use toothpaste , beauty is work when will this hair thing go away??
KeepingItKASEY....Funny that you say that because someone asked me if I had a texturizer and I didn’t know people were still texturizing their hair so I’m like hell no I don’t have a texturizer...so I went on UA-cam and lo and behold all these Tex lax videos came up, I said well what do you know, some of them look really good and some not so much but I say whatever works for you
Girlll stahhhhp her hair does look pretty natural but to say a lot of ppl are using them...thassa stretch. Texturizers look like heat damage, there’s nothing natural about that...
Best textlaxed wash and go I have EVER seen. Wow I'm really impressed! I have 3b/3c hair don't think I could ever be bold enough to texlax but I really enjoy seeing others do it...
When you texturize if you dont have this texture already you will not get those curls or coils in your hair, this is her natural texture of hair, it brings it out.
@@kithegreatest6460 No I haven't done it but I know many people who have. My hair is 3c/4a if I did it it would be 3c/3b yours would be 4a. It depends on how long you it sit. Too long you'll end up with straight hair. 💀
Be careful with no lye relaxers. Make sure you use a swimmers shampoo or kealating shampoo after relaxer. That relaxer is calcium based and can lead to dryness and breakage. But no lyes are still lye so deep condition at least twice a month. Hair looks great...
Sandra Donyo thank you sm!! I do take the relaxer through the length everytime, the method I do is in a recent video I posted. But I do this because overtime, my curls tighten and shrink up so doing so allows me to have a looser curl pattern for a longer amount of time.
I used to do the entire hair when my hair was relaxed. Eventually my hair got really dry. I do not recommend doing that. However, texlaxed hair might be different. You might want to ask ppl who have been doing it for a few years.
Please answer my question!:)) cause I’m texlaxing my hair today. I have 3C hair just like you, and I saw your texlaxing video and you put it in for 15 min and it turned out good. However, many people say to not leave it in for that long which makes sense cause then the hair will be straight. Please explain what I should do!
Short sweet to the point. Subbed thank you. Will be doing this exact same process...i just need my hair to grow lol. At least I have a vision of what I want
Im interested in texlaxing my hair. do you have to keep texlaxing it or could i just do it one time?? i see some people do it every six month. Also i have 3c , 4a, could I only do certain sections of my hair that are 4a?
I do texlax every six months! I would suggest coating the 4a hair strands before the looser curl patterns in your hair and only leave it in for about 5 minutes. Get someone you trust to help you!
Elizabeth - Pretty much. Loosen, add manageability or in this case match to the other textures of the hair (still loosening). My sister has 4a hair and she texlaxes it to 3c.
its riana I leave it on for about 10-15 minutes depending on how much new growth I have. It's the normal strength and I take care of it as I would my natural hair. If you'd like, I can upload a more in depth video!
chinira washington No man. You only leave it in in for a short amount of time and when I texlax I don't add all the activator into the relaxer. I have 3C curls and I still have them now they're just a little looser which means longer :)
The final results look so Natural...im starting to believe lots of ppl are using texturizers

Yelrihs Wens it really doesnt matter what people decide to do with THEIR hair.
Girlll stahhhhp her hair does look pretty natural but to say a lot of ppl are using them...thassa stretch. Texturizers look like heat damage, there’s nothing natural about that...
So refreshing to hear someone in the natural hair community say they're not natural and that they use a texturizer instead of lying
I would like to see more videos on taking care of telaxed hair!!
Me too
Best textlaxed wash and go I have EVER seen. Wow I'm really impressed! I have 3b/3c hair don't think I could ever be bold enough to texlax but I really enjoy seeing others do it...

No it loosens your curl pattern smh. If you have 4C Hair the texturizer will make it a 4A. Lol its basically halfway relaxing your hair.
Cocoa.Vannah have you done it? I have 4c hair and I would like to loosen my curl pattern to 3c/4a
@@kithegreatest6460 No I haven't done it but I know many people who have. My hair is 3c/4a if I did it it would be 3c/3b yours would be 4a. It depends on how long you it sit. Too long you'll end up with straight hair. 💀
Cocoa.Vannah does it stop your hair from shrinking? My hair goes past my shoulders but when it dries it shrinks up to a Mini fro🤣🤦🏽♀️
No lol that’s not how that works
wow your curl pattern looks really consistent for you to be texlaxed
I'm so glad I found u!!!! I'm texlaxing my hair tomorrow for the first time!!!
Be careful with no lye relaxers. Make sure you use a swimmers shampoo or kealating shampoo after relaxer. That relaxer is calcium based and can lead to dryness and breakage. But no lyes are still lye so deep condition at least twice a month. Hair looks great...
When you texlaxing ur hair every 6th month, are u doing the treatment all over ur hair or just the "new growth"? Ur hair is very beautiful!
Sandra Donyo thank you sm!!

Short sweet to the point. Subbed thank you. Will be doing this exact same process...i just need my hair to grow lol. At least I have a vision of what I want

Skyler Lewis s genuine question but what do people with 4a hair texturize it though? For a looser pattern..?
Elizabeth - Pretty much. Loosen, add manageability or in this case match to the other textures of the hair (still loosening). My sister has 4a hair and she texlaxes it to 3c.
Would this look good on 3 inches hair???😔😔
can you film how you texlax? and what brand do you use?
How long do you leave the relaxer on for and what strength is it? Also how is care? My hair is 4a and this is the look I’m going for!
its riana I leave it on for about 10-15 minutes depending on how much new growth I have. It's the normal strength and I take care of it as I would my natural hair. If you'd like, I can upload a more in depth video!

Dymon LaFleur
Thank you so much
What was your hair texture before you relaxed? (3c/4a..?)
gettingthere007 For the most part 3c, but the perimeter of my hair, my curls were around 4a.
poppin
Your so pretty
Still depends on hair type tho
Nice
So texturizing your hair doesn't straighten your hair texture ?
chinira washington No man. You only leave it in in for a short amount of time and when I texlax I don't add all the activator into the relaxer. I have 3C curls and I still have them now they're just a little looser which means longer :)
Takita Thank You !
