These were fun and pretty stable 2 seater for the 90s. We had one in green and it had a water bypass mod on it. I think that led to some of the overheating issues, but it was a fun boat, for sure.
I just got one of these today and I have a few issues that you might know how to solve. 1) I took it out today and when I looked in the engine compartment there was about half a gallon of water in it. Is this normal? I'm asking because I couldn't see any water leaking out. It look almost as if the water intake was taking water in an dropping some of it inside the hull. 2)The engine bogs at various speeds. I have to maintain a low throttle through some bogging then there's a speed increase. Then I continue to increase the throttle little by little until I'm planing and moving at a good speed. From time to time it will give me a quick burst of speed then go back down to an okay speed. What's going on?
I'm guessing you probably don't have this anymore but do you recall top speed for this is? Not a lot of info on these skis out there. Would you recommend wet jets or stay away? Thanks!

They are ok sorry for the late reply but the top speed on this one was 37 mph. But rode on rails.... 180's like no other....

It does this two a lot of smaller jet skis I think it might need carb adjustments
Can you help my to know how mix gas and chemical at the same jet ski
