How to Fix Motorcycle Fuel Float

Don't spend money buying a new fuel float.
This tutorial will probably solve your problem.
Most fuel buoys work in basically the same way, there is a plate with several small contacts, one next to the other, and a kind of arm with a charcoal tip resting on top of the plate. This arm moves and makes contact in a different position depending on the fuel level in the tank.
What happens is that this arm ends up moving away from this plate over time, due to wear, failing to provide the necessary contact to inform the fuel level in the panel.
So we have to basically pull out the buoy, it's usually a very easy process and then disassemble it so we can bend that arm so it can exert pressure again and generate contact.
Even on most cars the fuel float system works the same way. We can then repair fuel float for motorcycles of various makes and models. Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Shineray, Dafra, Dayang, Harley-Davidson, Kawasaki etc. Remembering that in cars this system is also the same, the repair is basically the same procedure.
