Product Review Refurbished Broadway Limited N-Scale EMD F3A Trains with Shane Ep. 73

Today we have somewhat of an oddity. Something I actually purchased "retail" rather than something second-hand. I use quotes because this is a refurbished unit from Broadway Limited so technically it is second hand although I purchased this directly from them on their website. Let's see if it was worth the good price I paid.
