That first yacht was super smooth - on super smooth water.

The Helicat is a ridiculous looking vessel.
One of the tourist attractions in the Bahamas was that little yellow submarine for individual deep sea adventures. It had a speed of a little over 1 mph. We got to see everything under the water including the sharks and coral and marine life. But while you're in the sub your head is in the pressurized helmet and your entire body is immersed in the water except for your head that is fed oxygen for you to breath in the whole time. I was actually pretty scared but as you're being walked through the steps for usage you get excited to see how it works out. It was fun and safe.
Those hydrofoils are too easily destroyed by striking float objects and debris... I'd rather spend the +$200k for a beach house in Bali and surf all day. More bang for the buck.
I ride jetski's for over 30 years and i never had any damage from objects or debris, so it must be a dirty place what you are talking about.
Besides that, you could change the design a little by integrate some stainless steel edges, and i'm sure that they thought about that but
didn't think it would be nessesary.

The yellow scuba bikes at the end were featured on What Will They Think of next back in the late 70's.
We don't need the disabled wheelchairs on the reef as if they lose control of it, it could result in permanent damage to the reef.
I'd love to see the Glider SS18 try and do a tight turn. With two, over long, and very slim pontoon hulls, that boat will take forever to change direction. I used to sale, and once had a go in a Hobi catamaran, and it was the same with that. There was a real knack to tacking.

That first craft, envisaged to be _"not bound by the choppy waves...traverse from Miami to the Bahamas or San Trope to Monaco",_ is being filmed in an inland water area so flat there's barely a ripple... typical Yank BS from _"Captain Rob McCole". _ 🤡 But hey - it has a champagne cooler, for the bargain price of $1.3 million. 🤣
It all begs one question: WHY ... and I suppose the only answer to that is; bored people with little education but too much disposable cash.
Who edited this crap? There's nothing about the Sea Breacher that is a robot. That first boat doesn't make sense at all. It's footprint is too big for such a small cabin, what a waste of materials. I have no interest in continuing with this nonsense.
