Glad you noticed Brody. He was more attentive with Aurora and couldnt comprehend how Logan got a hundred dollars while he got zero. It might have helped to explain to him what was going on so he won't feel left out.
I agree. It’s unfair on Brody for them to not have explained it to start with and then to give him a small toy and not the same as his brother for the same thing. I usually love their videos but this one just made me sad for Brody
I don’t really see it as unfair since the whole thing was for Logan and seeing if he was ready for a phone I’m sure they’ll doing something similar for Brody when it’s his time to get a phone or something that he really wants

I agree, there shouldn’t necessarily be a specific age when a child should get a phone. I feel like it’s mostly about trust.
Well I’m 16 and my mom doesn’t trust me so she has something on my phone that monitors everything I do

I got my first phone about 4 months before I turned 12, and I really wish I didn't. Things happened because of social media platforms and it could have gone way worse than it did. Please please keep an eye on him. Yes, you may trust him, but make sure he knows all the rules and good and bad signs of things. I trust you guys, you are amazing parents. I love you guys

I wish I hadn't one at a young age actually nothing really bad happened but just being distracted from school and losing a lot of time and innocent too it's hard to stay away once you're into this sh*t 💔 hope they can stay safe and managed well 🤞

You are so lucky! I got one at 13, but my mom wasn’t the type to go by maturity. It was 13 for every kid in my family regardless of how you acted.

I think you are a great parents and family . . . don't know what this incident is about (haven't watched the video yet) but feel Brody is sad/upset something .... seems to want more attention.... and you guys couldn't give anything more to the children. Building off of what everyone else is commenting crystal said that Brody has not expressed he wants a phone. I think that the toys were more valuable and fun for him then a phone. The Tasks were not set to see who wins the 100 it was to see if Logan deserved the phone. But I understand if you did not get the idea of it.
lots of people have watched to the end but the comparison between an iPhone and a toy from dollar general is a lot but feel like if they explained what was happening to brody beforehand this could of been prevented but everyone makes mistakes and no hate or judgement intended to them x

I don’t know how y’all can sit here and see him cry being so thankful and grateful for what he was given and him realizing that he worked so hard to be good and save up and all his hard work paid off and that he’s loved and appreciated and y’all still say he shouldn’t have been rewarded or that he HAD to share his special reward with someone else. Like she said Brody hadn’t expressed that he wanted a phone and she ONLY wants to be inclusive so she got him something he actually wanted... how is that bad? I’m was a child in the system and was lucky enough to be adopted and when other kids got phones, I was sat down and was explained to that that’s a trust thing and when I expressed my interest in a phone and actually actively worked hard to earn one, I earned one. Simple. But Brody is a baby still and I know it’s not about age but there has to be a certain level of maturity and responsibility so that he can gain that trust. I completely agree with her choice on how she raises HER kids.
Crystal and Aaron, I continue to be amazed at how much love you have in your hearts for each and every one of your children. To not only make the decision to give Logan his own iPhone based on how well you know him and how he will be able to handle it, to actually giving him and trusting him with an expensive iPhone, to noticing Brody was feeling left out and giving him something special as well, you show your love and care for each one of your children! Thank you for blessing us by sharing your family's journey and showing us what love looks like! I started watching you about a year ago and I never had the urge to adopt before watching you. My heart is now completely open and hoping to be able to adopt in the future (when the time is right and I know I can provide a loving and stable home) because of you. Love to you and your family!

Might need to keep a close eye on Brody, not only does he seem to not fully understand the concept of scripting videos for views, but he also seems to be noticing that despite there being only a years age difference between him and Logan, Logan is determined to grow up faster and be more like his big brothers than his little brother. Hopefully he doesn’t feel too left out.
Also, not sure what that last task did except teach the boys that there’s not trust between siblings and that they’re expected to snitch to their parents...
I have to give Crystal and Aaron credit for not only being truly amazing parents, but for also being able to pick up on Brody’s feelings. In a large family, that’s really hard to do especially when one is focused on a particular child. But they did notice and helped Brody feel super special and loved. God Bless them for being the awesome parents that they are.

In all realness Brody kept Aurora from eating the candy. His poor face when Logan got the last 100. (Happy you saw that he felt sad and left out and did something special for him.) I feel like Logan caught on after the second "task". You should have done it over a few days time rather than all in one day. His tears does show his humility and gratitude. That's really sweet.
Personally I don't think children need cell phones, unless its strictly for calls. Not judging you, just my opinion.
