Heard so many of these from many people.
I always took "dark side of the moon" to mean we didn't know what it looked like, so it was a dark patch in our knowledge.
The way the narrator say "illuminated" sounds like "eliminated".

I'd like to see a photo of the earth rising over Moon mountains. And Earth in conjunction with the Moon. And a picture of the satellite that makes those powerful Earth mapping images, what does it's telescope look like? What does the telescope, if any, on the space station look like? What can we see with a $1,000 telescope?...sample images please.

Está linha horbital da lua (trassado da órbito) parece estar errada. O movimento da lua não é de sul para norte mas é de oeste para leste! Por isso a lua fica entre o Sol e a Terra, " na frente do Sol"(lua nova) e no oposto (lua cheia)

How exactly do those 'name a star' businesses even operate? Is it just complete nonsense?

As far as we know, such companies simply add “your” star to their own private database that is not recognized by the international astronomical community. It is not illegal, but by no means official.
