- The final day in Sturgis has come and the Laidlaw's crew wants to live their best lives by attending a Harley-Davidson event that is being thrown by Prism Supply. The boys decide it's a good day for a dip in the pool although the weather would suggest otherwise. Add a little ice and you got a polar plunge in the rain. Episode 6 of 6

You know there are many reasons why I love the HD brand, but it really comes down to one. The few people who inspire me to seek out adventure on a Harley-Davidson. It may sound OTT but you’re one of the few who are an inspiration through sharing your experiences with your friends, colleagues and rest of the world. I’m now working out a way to make Sturgis, travelling from England. I may never get the chance to ride with you, but so many of us are with you in spirit. Thank you Matt.

Brother this series start to finish is as good as it gets. That’s how you travel with your boys, and get your riding in every day. Tomorrow you should all flip your calendars, even the peeps who couldn’t make this trip, cross out the dates to Sturgis 2024, as non-negotiable etched in stone dates, the whole posse signs up for, start putting money away today, so everyone can make it happen, for memories of a lifetime.

Matt, so stoic and deadpan. " Great day for a pool party" as the rain comes pounding down, once removed from inside the garage. You boys are pro's when it comes to Adventure.... making the best of it, what Ma Nature gave you. I've been to Sturgis 2 years in a row, now, pre bike rally in July. 2022 was sunny, 2023 was terribly smoky and rainy, every single afternoon and night. I'd say that Matt, give it a shot in 2024 or 2025, and hope you do all those beautiful rides in sunshine, and smoke free. There's just something about the water, the blue skies, the lush green forests, the lakes, and bright middle of summer sunshine, and the polished concrete roads that lace all throughout the Black Hills, that makes the place motorcycle riding Nirvana, on those roads. Get there pre rally, slow down a bit, unwind, and Deadwood /Sturgis takes on a whole new super vibe when it's less crowded. Matt, you have a very unique, one of a kind editing and shooting style as a videographer and story teller. I just don't know how you do it, but it's wonderful to watch, and I look forward to it.
A motorcyclists nirvana - perfect description. Yes, I’d like to come back again during the rally and try it without the rally. I think you described it perfectly. The area has every ingredient to make for an amazing bikers play ground. Thanks for the compliment on my editing and filming. I put in a ton of effort so it’s good to hear people appreciate it.

Watching this Video and the machines made me so proud to be a part in the harley davidson community and makes me "homesick". I'm so late to watching this series. I've watched a lot of your videos but this is by far my favorite. The passion you show for riding and for Harley Davidson is so contagious. I'm not an ATGATT nazi, but flip flops on a bike gives me the heebies! Too many bloody, mangled feet pics out there. As you're aware at the time of publishing this, you all missed the sunshine that followed the rainy start to this years rally. Bummer...lol! Glad you enjoyed it tho. I love living out here in the West. Every state has awesome riding best experienced on 2 wheels. ✌
Sometimes we use gear sometimes we don't. Watch the other 5 videos, we got mostly sunshine the whole trip.

Great series, Matt. I rode down on that Friday and camped at the Chip for 3 cold and rainy days. Still had a great time riding (and partying) I might have to head down early next year to ride all the roads before the crowd shows up.
