You have mentioned to finish stone level up to plinth beam top level. But if stone is finished upto top level of plinth beam then the plinth beam will not be covered and remain open.However i think that the plinth beam is to be covered by stone below mortar then only the plinth beam will not remain open.Kindly clarify.A.K.Sharma

Sir ji ager balcony 2'6" Nikla aur usi me slop slaib 1'6" Nikla hai. Aur balcony pe brick ka design hai Side me dono taraf wall bim 2'6" Diya huwa hai. To batai ki usse koi nuksaan to nahi hoga balcony slaib pe. Load ka.

My plot size is 250 yards (30x75). It has 19 columns. All the columns are at distance of 10-12 foot, a few at 5 feet distance. My mistry wants to give ‘Flat Beam/Concealed beam’ of 6x9 (include concrete) with 4 bars of 16mm on all the internal and external walls, however, the structure drawing requires ‘latak beam of 9x12 or 9x15 in all the 19 columns
I am constructing ground floor and half on the first floor, in future, it can extended to 3 floors.
Given there are too many columns in short span, do I really need ‘Latak Beam’ of 9x12/9x15 or flat beam of 6 inches will do the job ?
