Depth my plot from road level is arround 4'. I want to install Plinth beam at the height of 5' from land level/foundation beam. After filling soil up to Plinth, foundation wall with Pillar will break or not.In some cases I have seen foundation wall blows vis (fool jaati hai).
Horizontal DPC is applied just above the plinth beam before the begging the masons work or brick wall work above the plinth beam, while vertical DPC should be done from ground level to the plinth level (300-400/450mm) from inside. The info on vertical DPC needs to be verified.

Kindly mention diameter , nos. bars required ans spacing of stripped for plinth and lintel beam for load bearing structure.
