The other adhesive we recommend for gemstone application is Gem-Tac Permanent Glue: www.beadaholique.com/gem-tac-permanent-glue-cement-adhesive-rhinestones-4-oz.html
I’ve never had any luck with gem tack working long term. It does not hold up to washing . The cement glue is the next glue I would avoid . It also does not stand up to water. When washing , always use cold water, gentle wash, no fabric softener and no dryer, line dry only.

I would like to glue Rhinestones on a aluminum surface, but i will probably remove the Rhinestones after i while, my question is which glue should i use so i can the Rhinestones easily remove with out damaging the surface. thanks in advance
This is a tough question. Aluminum can be a difficult surface to glue to, and most glues marketed for use with rhinestones give very strong holds since rhinestones are often glued to fabric and washed. Making a temporary bond to aluminum could be a challenge. I'm afraid I don't have any experience with similar projects so I can't recommend a specific glue for you. I'd suggest testing some household glues you may already have to see if they might be good enough. Find a small piece of aluminum that you don't mind sacrificing to testing and a few spare rhinestones and try hot gluing them, or use a white glue like Elmer's. Avoid super glue, that will be too difficult to remove.
If you're gluing small rhinestones that sit flush with the curve of the cup I'd suggest S G Hypo Cement: beadaholique.com/products/g-s-hypo-cement-precise-applicator-essential If the rhinestones are big enough where there's a bit of a gap on the sides due to the curvature I'd recommend E6000, it's better at filling gaps like that: beadaholique.com/products/e6000-industrial-strength-glue-adhesive-2-oz

We usually recommend E6000 when working with vegan leather. We've done a lot of work finishing beadwork with vegan leather and gluing it to metal findings and E6000 has a good consistency for that work and excellent strength. We carry it here: beadaholique.com/products/e6000-industrial-strength-glue-adhesive-0-18-fl-oz
We recommend GS Hypo Fabric Cement: ua-cam.com/users/redirect?redir_token=2hFgJl8YpG4FwJGvqV0JXwRVq698MTUwNzkzODExN0AxNTA3ODUxNzE3&v=7EVq7DAzuYg&q=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.beadaholique.com%2Fg-s-hypo-fabric-cement-glue-precise-rhinestones.html&event=video_description Thanks for watching!
I haven't tried or read about the GS Hypo one, only seen it around stores. Is that one machine washable like e6000 & GemTac? Curious why you prefer that one over the other 2. The majority of people prefer e6000 because it has the strongest hold usually & info says can go through both washer/dryer AND it remains "flexible". I don't like that it's toxic though so I've just been using GemTac.
MelaniePortland They most likely get a kickback for referring folks to the GS products, tracked through their referral code/link to their website, so they get paid when you click on the link they provide or when you purchase the product directly from their website. Sometimes it’s as simple as that.
The Gem Tac will should work just fine, as it's meant for adhering rhinestones to metal, but you may want to consider the E6000 too. The E6000 will take a little longer to cure, but the bond is a bit stronger. Thanks for watching!
The adhesives made for fabrics, such as the GS Hypo Fabric Cement, can be washed. ua-cam.com/users/redirect?q=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.beadaholique.com%2Fg-s-hypo-fabric-cement-glue-precise-rhinestones.html&event=video_description&v=7EVq7DAzuYg&redir_token=gGq1Q3SEkyL7dtA-WTbgkiCPw3t8MTUwNzMzMDM5N0AxNTA3MjQzOTk3 Thanks for watching!
It really depends on the glue you use. It's better to hand wash the clothes to ensure they don't fall off. But if you must use the washing machine make sure to turn the clothes inside out and make sure to use a wash friendly adhesive.
The best option would be E6000: www.beadaholique.com/e6000-industrial-strength-glue-adhesive-0-18-fl-oz.html It will be the most difficult to work with (requires 24 hours to cure), but it will be the strongest. We also recommend Gem Tac: www.beadaholique.com/gem-tac-permanent-glue-cement-adhesive-rhinestones-2oz.html Although technically not as strong as E6000, it is still a very strong adhesive and will cure much quicker than E6000. Thanks for watching!
We recommend the Gem Tac or the E6000. While they are both very strong, the E6000 has the strongest bond. However, the Gem Tac can also be used and requires less time to dry than E6000. Gem Tac: www.beadaholique.com/gem-tac-permanent-glue-cement-adhesive-rhinestones-4-oz.html E6000: www.beadaholique.com/catalogsearch/result/?type=all&q=e6000 Thanks for watching!

+cookie54189 Hi, I am unfortunately not sure what glue to use for Ugg boots. What are you trying to do to them? Repair, embellish, etc. and what materials are you using?
+cookie54189 There are two glues that we have for bonding gem stones to fabric. Here are the links: www.beadaholique.com/p-10551-g-s-hypo-fabric-cement-glue-precise-rhinestones.aspx and www.beadaholique.com/p-12142-gem-tac-permanent-glue-cement-adhesive-rhinestones-2oz.aspx. A couple quick notes: I have never tried to glue anything to an Ugg boot before (and I know they can be pricey) so I can't say for certain that either of these glues will work since all materials are different. Definitely do a single test stone first in a not so noticeable area and wear the boots for a week to make sure the stone stays on. Shoes are especially hard to embellish since they get a lot of wear and tear. It's a fun idea, I just want to make sure you end up happy with the results :)
I'm wanting to glue pearls and rhinestones/gems (with flat backs) onto a black plastic-like bathroom trash can but I want a glue that wont make the gems/pearls fall off. Would the E6000 glue work the best??
It is always tricky to glue things to plastic since by its nature it has a shiny surface that everything tends to peel off of. I would recommend E6000 glue but I would also suggest doing a small test swatch before covering the entire surface.
I would get a dust mask on & then lightly sand the surface first & then clean off that dust. Or maybe take some rubbing alcohol to the surface to see if it takes off the outer surface & dulls it up. Then try the glue to roughed up surface.

@@beadaholique thank you, it is not metal at all :)
What would you suggest for attaching crystals to a bridal veil?
We suggest using Gem Tac or GS Hypo cement for fabric. The Gem Tac is good value and performance for the quantity, but many designers also like GS Hypo cement.

I'm trying to glue crystal montees which are have like a thin metal base to a canvas type of fabric. Is the GS Hypo cement the best option? I need the embellishments to not fall off. What about hot glue? Thank you for your help.
We recommend G S Hypo Fabric Cement Glue Precise (Rhinestones). We do not use hot glue.
What glue do you recommend for vegan leather?
We usually recommend E6000 when working with vegan leather. We've done a lot of work finishing beadwork with vegan leather and gluing it to metal findings and E6000 has a good consistency for that work and excellent strength. We carry it here: beadaholique.com/products/e6000-industrial-strength-glue-adhesive-0-18-fl-oz

Hello, please which glue is good for applying rhinestones on a fabric?Thank you.
We recommend the GS Hypo Fabric cement. You can purchase it here: www.beadaholique.com/g-s-hypo-fabric-cement-glue-precise-rhinestones.html
Sometimes it’s as simple as that.
i am indian from where i can buy
What glue can I used for tutu material to glue stones without damaging the material
We recommend the GS Hypo fabric cement, available here: www.beadaholique.com/g-s-hypo-fabric-cement-glue-precise-rhinestones.html
What glue you recommend for attaching Rhinostones to a steel watch
The Gem Tac will should work just fine, as it's meant for adhering rhinestones to metal, but you may want to consider the E6000 too. The E6000 will take a little longer to cure, but the bond is a bit stronger. Thanks for watching!

Ok thank you for responding!

Also do they sell gemtac in walmart or any other store?
Not too sure. You can definitely find it here: www.beadaholique.com/gem-tac-permanent-glue-cement-adhesive-rhinestones-4-oz.html
The glue is washable ?
The adhesives made for fabrics, such as the GS Hypo Fabric Cement, can be washed. ua-cam.com/users/redirect?q=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.beadaholique.com%2Fg-s-hypo-fabric-cement-glue-precise-rhinestones.html&event=video_description&v=7EVq7DAzuYg&redir_token=gGq1Q3SEkyL7dtA-WTbgkiCPw3t8MTUwNzMzMDM5N0AxNTA3MjQzOTk3

Do they not Fall off in the washing machine?
It really depends on the glue you use. It's better to hand wash the clothes to ensure they don't fall off. But if you must use the washing machine make sure to turn the clothes inside out and make sure to use a wash friendly adhesive.
You hand wash them, washing machine is not recommended.
what glue would I use for putting rhinestones on flat irons?? pls help
The best option would be E6000: www.beadaholique.com/e6000-industrial-strength-glue-adhesive-0-18-fl-oz.html
It will be the most difficult to work with (requires 24 hours to cure), but it will be the strongest.
We also recommend Gem Tac: www.beadaholique.com/gem-tac-permanent-glue-cement-adhesive-rhinestones-2oz.html
Although technically not as strong as E6000, it is still a very strong adhesive and will cure much quicker than E6000. Thanks for watching!
I Want To Glue A Crafting Rhinestone To A Gold Cross Which Glue Do I Use Plz Answer Quick God Bless
We recommend the Gem Tac or the E6000. While they are both very strong, the E6000 has the strongest bond. However, the Gem Tac can also be used and requires less time to dry than E6000.

what glue is good for ugh boots?
ugg*
+cookie54189 Hi, I am unfortunately not sure what glue to use for Ugg boots. What are you trying to do to them? Repair, embellish, etc. and what materials are you using?
+Beadaholique I want to cover them in gem stones :)
Thank you. I appreciate this so very much!!!
Glue can be so confusing sometimes, glad we could help answer you questions!
Plz, how can I purchase the hotbox glue?am in Nigeria.
what kind of glue would you use if you were to rhinestone a car?
Winner
Thanks!
Hi darling I have a big question for you that I’ve been trying to find for many years . You know the self adhesive rinhestones right ( they sell them for body in a tripe or you can even find for car running), I would like to find what is the glue they use. Do you know something about it? Thank you🌸
The adhesive on Hotfix crystals is Swarovski's own formula, but we believe it is similar to heat sensitive glues. Thank you.
