So as a fellow baker someone told me that the flour that we all use is why we have an issue and it was recommended for baking to use Swan Cake Flour.
Ok, so I actually wound up editing a lot of that part out of the video but yes, I was also using a different brand of flour cuz the store was all out of what I usually use. I love Swan Cake flour!!! Thanks!
