He opted for the Sherco se250 factory. Many think that the 300 bikes are simply the best for anything "enduro" but we might have found the hidden gem of enduro/trail bikes!
Adam goes over his new race bike setup and what he likes so far, as well as comparing it to the KTM he was on last season.

I loved 2018 i bought used so much that i got brand new 2022. 140hrs in 3rd season of enduro races here in UK. Only what i have changed are Xtrig clamps and NECJ needle. This thing lugs so much that is unreal for 250.
I had a 2014 ser250 and loved it!! Felt right at home on it straight away.
I’ve riden the beta 200 and 300 always wondered about the Sherco 250….hmmmm
Out of all the bikes I've owned my 23 se300 has been my favorite hands down
Loved mine so much i bought another to have when this one gets lapped out.
Shaved the head. 13/52 gearing.
Just grabbed a holeshot against 300s and yz250s.
Ditto's, I have had a mess of two strokes over the years and 2 years ago picked up the 300 SE and the 250 SE for my wife. If I had of known how well the 250 lugs I would have gotten two of them. IMO the 250 SE out lugs three of the other 300 two strokes I've owned from other manufactures, it of course does not lug as well as the 300SE but I think no other 300 two stroke on the market does either.

Ready to go? That’s funny. The Sherco has a larger tank, rad fan and overflow tank, 200w stator and lights, 6sp gear box, skid plate, hand guards, and let’s not forget e-start. All the stuff he added to the Sherco, you would need to add to the YZ to be “ready to go”. The YZ is still a great bike, but definitely needs a serious amount of money thrown at it to be as ready to go as the Sherco.
well, when yamaha exists, it just doesn't make sense to get a sherco
