If you look up the Hebrew meaning of “thy light” in this context for this scripture, it means light of instruction, light of prosperity, etc. that’s why you’re getting so much clarity from God. Now if you give to the poor while you’re fasting, even more blessings will come your way.

Yes I’ve not been feeling hungry at all. When that happens your spirit is active life a mfk. When I have a salad I’m good and yes I agree live life eat whatever you want and not judge others on their food preferences xx . The balance is needed ! I love how I feel within and outside .
It’s sad I had to find Tony through some digging, he was mentioned in Shumake Way’s comments and I looked him up… Why people like Kevin Samuels and these podcast bros got bigger audiences. This is the sad state of today’s world. This man is the TRUTH. I pray God delivers me a husband like Tony. Honestly I’m 30 and i’ve made my mistakes from childhood emotional abuse/neglect, low self worth, low self esteem…but God healed me and helped transform me. As someone who had incredibly low standards my entire 20s, I have always felt like I could NOT marry a man who is not like Tony. These guys be following hella females - ick. They watch porn - ick. They ogle women in front of their wives and behind their backs - ick. I refuse to give my entire self to someone for life if they’re mediocre and don’t value, respect, honor, and protect me. It’s sad how low the bar has become for “men” today. Tony’s videos are really putting me on game too, so many gems and hope in this szn of singleness. If I don’t meet a man like this, I don’t want him. I’ve transformed myself and I deserve someone at my level.

But I'm here to tell you that now the community can live disease free, and for how ever long he/she wants to live. This discovery will stay in the the community. I’ve been feeling like I put on a little bit of weight (3-5 lbs) and I know it’s silly but I was struggling to lose it. And I was thinking about fasting to help me and this pushed me! I like what you said fasting until I can’t.
Daily Discipline..Tony is right. I had some weight issues when I was in my 20s. Finally conquered the swinging up with gain/loss. It’s not easy for us in US with so many fast food places on every corner, but discipline eventually worked for me. Thanks Tony for all your encouragement. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I’m at 19 hrs right now and eat between 12pm to 5pm. Workout 7pm-8pm. It’s helped me get back on track with my weight
