Love your videos! you're one of the very few who focuses on deep release, especially in the rotator cuff and rear delt areas! Would love to see more of these.
Those are thumbs of wonder my friend. Those thumbs filter out pain. When Covid-19 is over im going to this man. You are all going to hear me screammmmmm.😅

My back needs you! I'd love to see you address trigger points in the scalenes sometime. I'm totally fascinated by how they can make my whole upper body hurt.
I went through shoulder surgery and many therapy sessions which included triggerpoint releases. This dude is an absolute beast with the way he handled it. Those muscles around the scapula can break a man down. Hats off to you, sir.
Next Stage Injury Therapy I sent you a message on Facebook about arranging a visit when it’s allowed. I will be over in a flash as my trigger points need some help and my frozen shoulder ☹️
This seems to be the treatment I need for my left shoulder. Same pain and lack of mobility but on my left side. Havent been able to train properly for ages 😔
Hey Adam. I love your channel and have been watching for a while. I have a really tight trigger point in my lower calf that shoots pain into my ankle. I roll it out with a really stiff roller and it bloody hurts but the pain slowly fades. I know I need to fight through it and keep going until it's gone. I can kind of feel it clicking when I really get on it and move side to side. Im not sure I would make it through your calf and feet work. But I know I need it. Thanks for the videos and you'll be at 100k in a year. Watching from New England USA.
Hey James, thank you and I really appreciate that; try have a look at the trigger points in the personals or the tibias posterior, with have nasty referral pain in the foot and don't forget to break up the fascia on the bottom of the foot daily; thanks again for watching, Adam
Always enjoy your work. I also do techniques like this to my clients and after the treatment they are all mindblowed because of the effect. Triggerpoints are some real issues nowaday in our society. Too much pressure on breath and posture. Love your work mate
Hey Adam Awesome educational videos from your clinic in Dublin ,Ireland. I have commented b4. I wish you had a clinic here in Melbourne,Australia because I need ya skills. I've had feet pain for 3 yrs now among lower back and left side hip issues. I have had x- rays ,ct scans and been to 4 that's 4 !! Podiatrists in the past 2 yrs ,all to a very disappointing frustrating failure to a successful outcome. So my question to you is what is your medical practice and your medical expertise title?? Cos podiatry is not the path for me . Nor is physiotherapy. Should I try to seek out an Oestio therapist or a Neuro muscular specialist? The X-rays confirmed degenerative condition of my toe joints and left hip ball / socket. Wear & tear . Anyway if you can help out who I need to search for as a specialist I'd be really appreciative. I can't believe your channel hasn't blown up yet. You deserve millions more views. Might have to get more inventive around the marketing, I could see Thumb Man being a viral meme
This is amazing therapy, quick release from years of overworking the muscles to an unhealthy state. This therapy releases endorphins into the body, right? As in a quick release/repair therapy....does it interrupt the parasympathetic nervous system though? Or does that not matter. I know the effects from this therapy are amazing, I have had deep tissue (very deep) Thai massage - long term and insomnia was cured....but sadly short term as I needed it constantly. What I really need is this type of therapy and a good therapist like yourself 👌🌟 Such a pity that I live in the UK not Ireland 😕😊. Great work, keep it up 👍
Hello sir. I like watching u. I felt relieved. Just watching u doing ur patient. I'm practicing reflexology massage. And some deep tissue massage for sciatica and frozen shoulder. And I commend u. U have superb strong thumb. Thank u for ur video I got tips.
This was kind of funny to watch seeing him squirm around in different positions 😂 but i know he's in some pain. I work out and play ball and i get a massage every month or so and my body is always soar. Nice video. I love watching these
The bleeps are gone! Also, nice work on the descriptions under the body names, but white text on white towels make it hard to read them. Just a note for your next video!
Nice work. Subscribed today after 3 days of dropping by. So many questions: Have any of your clients ever punched you just out of reflex? You have got to trust them and they you. Are these guys bruised the next day? Watching some of the areas you work on, do you have female clientele? Have you ever turned someone away because they didn't really need your skill level and area of expertise and it would just get ugly fast? Man, I don't think I'd make half an hour with you but I'd love to have 30 5-minute sessions.
Hey and thanks for subscribing, haven't been punched yet but multiple kicks to the head, knees, elbows and heels in the face and yes if I think someone shouldn't have to go through it and I can help them with a mobility program then that's what we would do and some light work to help.
What is this type of therapy called? I could use something like this...though not nearly as intense...closest thing I have found is Fascial Stretching and it's not quite the same. Thanks for any help!
Question: do you have a degree in Physical Therapy and combine with a degree/certification in massage therapy? You seem to combine both methods and are extremely knowledgeable about the different muscles. What sets you apart from everyone else is that you include visual clips of the muscles that you’re working. From what I’ve see , no one else takes the time for that information. I am more visual and appreciate the clinical mini-illustrations.
I don't know much about this sort of deep tissue work. Is there a risk that a bad practitioner will actually damage/tear/separate a tendon, muscle, organ, larger blood vessel, or joint?
Hello i have a question.. would you recommend to learn physical therapist or is only massage education good enough to help people like you do??? Thx for answering my question:)
