This is one your best. Poor Steve! Just imagine subconsciously holding on to all of that tension for so long, then letting it go. It's painful now but no doubt it help him in the long run with mental focus and more energy. You sir are a modern day shaman
He hardly touched him and he's crying....Listen Adam knows when he's got a toughie or easy. Just as soon as he touches him he knows what kind of fight he's in.
As soon as you got to his shoulders I knew he was going to scream. not being able to raise your hands over your head??!! Ugh the relief this man must've felt afterwards!
That was awesome! Now i know to bring a mouthpiece and a towel to my session LOL. You could tell the guy had almost no flexibility in his muscles and was super tight. Only person I've seen that tore up the table cover HA HA. Good job adam, I'm sure he'll be sore for a week.
I need to book an appointment immediately. My back is in need of some relief. I'll even bring a mouth guard for during the treatment. Pain free is my goal.
Wow Adam, how was his arms after that? Is his movement much better? I don't think people really understand how painful your thumbs are... brilliant massage. X
I’ve applied some of these techniques in my massage routine (granted, not exactly like what is in the video, but the same technique of trigger Point therapy and specific muscle targeting ) and they have made all the difference. I also really appreciate the info on what muscle groups you’re targeting and for what purpose. Cheers to actually fixing problems with massage!
Have you ever had a client from the climbing scene? Being a climber myself I've started thinking more about foot health and everything related to it. Not that I have any noticeable problems (yet), but I am certain that wearing tight climbing shoes on a frequent basis can cause long term problems. If yes, is there anything you noticed specifically?
Hi Roman, yeah we have had a ton of climbers in, usual issues are adductors/groin and forearm extensors along with feet issues and the shoes causing fascial restrictions between the toes
@@DjSteveTurnbull After working with Adam I am sure you will get a lot of relief. Watching his videos, it is pretty common to have the QL tight and sore in all sort of issues. Even those unrelated to specific back issues. I salute your determination to endure the pain to experience the benefits!
@@NextStageInjuryTherapy Thanks for that. I am based in London, I am recovering from a broken femur. As soon as I can walk properly I’ll arrange a trip

Steve is a Radio presenter???? He looks like a wrestler/Rugby player from his body. Very athletic looking. Always good to see big guys like this going under deep tissue therapy. They never hold back.....they let out their emotions!!! And I Love that!!!!
I am a rugby player lol. Literally years of scar tissue getting broken up under Adam’s thumbs. 2 hours of agonising pain but overwhelmed by emotion after the session. I felt like a new man.
@@DjSteveTurnbull As a therapist...The process works.....and so does nutrient.....eating in your food celery and any food like Cauliflower that has Zinc and calcium definitely heal scar tissue and prevent future scar tissue form developing. My recommendation: Go to Adam once every two months.
@@MrAobrady Absolutely, I’ve have occipital headaches for years. Need to take brufon every other day to take the edge of them. Would wake up in the middle of the night and my head would be pounding. Big plantar fascia problem been to therapy many times and many visits with dry needling calves and feet and still having any issues. I’m sure you get asked a lot and don’t have nearly the time answer but I can pray. Any advice for care while home or something they may not be doing? Thank you for the consideration.
Oh man, I was feeling REALLY bad for the guy for 22 minutes... But then he got to the Glute Med and I was like “ok, NOW he’s really going to die. Maybe they’ve called an ambulance this time.
