The sobriety test where they bark at you to do a bunch of different shit is 100% designed for you to fail, blowing the breathalyzer (assuming you’re below the legal limit) gets them off your ass. Most people would prefer to just blow in the breathalyzer than do the test, but they always make you do the test first.

He blew 0s on the breathalyzer, the cop immediately charged him with dui drugs, suspecting Marijuana. His blood test was also clean. Cop got sued off his ass for making a false arrest.
Yeah, getting out during a stop is really bad. Getting out and confronting a cop and getting in his face is way worse. Most places have laws where if giving an order during a stop, even if the stop is unlawful and unjust, and you fail to obey, the order can get you in big trouble.

Whenever I watch shows like this it just confirms that they never have a technical advisor or anyone who's ever actually been a cop anywhere in the studio during filming. A rookie officer, who is pulled over gets treated like any other civilian. Identifying yourself as an officer is pointless. You know the drill just like everyone else, so just hand over your ID. And all cops are taught to identify themselves and give their serial numbers if they are pulled over by any other cop
