1. Aap ne column per hacking nahi kiya but usper cement ka paste laga rahe the .
2. AAC block mai choro side rough surface hona chane for plaster work.
3.AAC block groove 10mm nahi hona chaiye.. chemical use karna chaiye 3mm groove sahi hai .
4.coping beam provide 1200mm per use kaise kar sakte hai. jab ki mera desinger linter beam or bhi details deta hai ...
5.Plaster outer side 12mm se jayeda he hoga lekin aapne bola ki 10mm se jayeda nahi karna chaiye please reply me..

I bought a flat, where. Builders has provided pop on acc bricks wall, which very weak to hold any load. So can a simply remove the pop and apply birla putty on it and then go for the paint?

Chemical like Block Adhesive are best to fix these i suppose. Brands are too many like Wallnut, Sika, MYK Laticrete, Kerakoll etc.
what happens if normal cement used? many mistri says no problem we can use normal cement.

Sir wall ko as a carten use karte hai na ki UDL transfer ke liye , column is tranfer all the UDL load in base .
Itne saare precautions lene se accha Red bricks use karo. Cheap and durable. It is impossible to follow all the steps step by step, because existing masons are inefficient when it comes to aac blocks. 100% they will mess up. It will take another 5-10 years experience for the existing masons to gain knowledge regarding best procedure to layer aac bricks.
Can definitely use in partition walls or boundary walls, but will never suggest to use in load bearing walls. I went to friend's flat where all aac blocks were done. He said it's very risky to hammer the walls or make holes for frames. A part of a brick just chops off easily with just simple hammering. Fitting the AC was very difficult, he said, as the bricks were too brittle.

sir meri relative's ne ak 2BHK ka house banana tha laken paiso ke kami ke karan sirf 2 room hi bana paaye he unone usper jider aadha kam pura karna hay udar unone dowals bar chode he to hum baki ke roomy ka kaam kasaisay aachi she ker sakte hai without any problems.
