aapne bade acche se samjhaya,, badi baat yahi hai ki purani mitti se bani huye eete hi sabse acchi hai..
Sir Foam concrete is not AAC. AAC is produced with cement flyash aluminium powder and gypsum. Where as foam concrete is produced with mixture of cement sand /flyash and foaming agent . Please correct in the beginning of the video. Also foam concrete blocks strength increases day by day through its life . Where as AAC block strength is achieved within 3 hours. Foam concrete blocks are more durable than clay bricks due to its slow strength gaining properties, also foam concrete blocks are heavier than AAC blocks . Cracks due to stress concentration never appear in foam concrete blocks . But crack due to stress concentration are very common in AAC blocks
Other information your provided is in the video is correct 👍
Sir pehla video hai is subject mein jisme bahut aacha content hai...
Yes I think next level safety for acc block video
It’s very useful video, please post AAC blocks advantages also
ua-cam.com/video/ZXuKMdZM9Rg/v-deo.html - Watch this link for use of AAC Blocks
Way of explaining very simple and good, keep continue
any "new" product being mass marketed in the developing world is highly suspect. show more seismic and impact tests of these blocks glued together without internal interlocks.
Very good information. Thank you so much. Sticking to old red bricks
It seems like the problems here are foundation related, rebars should also be used through out to secure walls to foundation, including a "bond beam" at the top. Control joints should be used where required. Use more lime in you stucco mixture as just cement and sand stucco will increase risk of cracking, it is ideal to use fibre mesh between block and plaster. I have build many homes with AAC and have never encountered your problems.
Can you please share the complete steps with pics / video for AAC block construction (best practice).?
Very informative, I appreciate. Can you give me the advantages video link. thanks
I will upload soon, with all advantage in view of all facts. Thanks for your kind support
Advantage of AAC Blocks - ua-cam.com/video/B9E2pUUu5ak/v-deo.html
Coool bro.... But how can I believ wtevr u said is right, like the rations which u r taking,
Thank you sir... please make advantage of AAC block
Advantages are that work is real quick.
You don't need curing for even single day. Cost of sand and cement + shifting cost is zeroo . Shifting cost to heights minimised because they are real light.
Plastering not required if Massonary is done neatly. Direct wall putty and then paint.
Awesome sir......
Thank you. Please make a session on "Manufacturing process of AAC blocks and basic tests".
Thank you so much,
Otherwise it has more positive advantage
Try Izoblok, lightweight building block with many benefits. Not prone to cracking
Tanku you sri muer iadeas
Bhut aache bhai

Runner cement se banaye ya adecive se
I was about to buy foam concrete blocks... But thankyou.. I am stick to red bricks.
No go to CLC lightweight blocks .. it's so good product.. water cured and low water absorption.
CLC is always best then red brick
@@kirujc731 AAC or CLC bricks m different kya h.... Or dono me best kon sa h.... ????

@@kirujc731 Best bricks in AAC and CLC bricks Which one? Especially when a two-storey building is to be built.
100 % percent agreed with what you said because it happened in my house wall. Now please tell how to repair thecracks because nothing which I tried is working.
The wall is 10 cm width. I had used runners at 1.2 mt height and even column at 3-4 mt distance apart.
I used adhesive chemical.
Material was bought from neolite company.
Abi kya crack aa rahe h aapki wall me hum bhi ye block use krna chahte h
Superb, & excellent information as for as as new owners are concerned, as they're less aquinted with these civil engineering aspects , & it's products.
Very useful information.
Very nice video sir.
Please make a video on use of fly ash bricks as they are good alternative of red clay bricks. They are also green building material.
Please tell us about their pros and cons.
Very nice vifeo

Please upload more video regarding normal bricks Vs aac block as per ur research and please educate us with cost effective and which is better ..
Ultimately AAC Blocks to be used in construction activities with several benefits , already known and accepted by builders have already penetrated 70% market in metro cities ,Moreover, States and Central govt has already banned several brick kilns and few state govt mandate consumption of fly ash bricks and blocks in 300 kms radius of TPS.
Being an Civil engineer and involve in close supervision of the construction sites states here the major causes of cracks:-
1) Poor workmanship:-Mishandling and additional curing practise.(Not required any curing during and post masonry works.)
2) Dry shrinkage:-These blocks should be allow to dry for 72 hours as contains 20% moisture post Autoclave curing and advice to dry completely to settle volumetric changes prior to masonry works, also not required any curing during and post masonry works as already cured during auto claving.
3) Compressive strength:- The AAC blocks having compressive strength more than 4N/mm2 already mentioned in IS code are safe and can be use masonry works.
4) Cope beams:- Above 1.2m of wall height at a time only cope beam is required rather than column or other member to compensate load.
5) High Ratio cement Mortar;- Avoid cement sand mortar.............Special ready mix mortar is available in market which should be used during masonry work,it also absorbs minor volumetric changes if comes due to thermal expansion and contraction and prevents any cracks.
Conclusion:- Its and excellent engineered material replacing the traditional clay bricks with below given benefits:-
Benefits:-
1)Light in weight:- Reduced dead weight of building and ultimately reduces cross sectional area of column beam and save concrete and steel.
2) Speedy work:- Larger size blocks leads to faster construction.
3) Fire resistant:- can resist upto 6 Hrs as already made up of flyash.
4) Workability:- Allow proper cutting of block and minimizes wastage.
5) Enviornment friendly:-Resource efficiency gives it lower enviornmental impact in all phases of its life cycle.
6) Sound insulation:- Acoustic proof.
7) Thermal insulation:- Cool in summer and warm in winter season, also save air conditioning charges.
8) No water seepage:- As pores are interlocked avoid capillary action.
9) Cost saving:- No need of plaster in Internal face and one coat of plaster 10-12mm is sufficient on external face.
10) Usabililty:- Available in different shape and size in market.
Above points written after observing block works in 7 massive construction sites in NCR.
BITTER TRUTH:- Site contractors never advice their clients to use this as it reduces labour work and ultimately their income.
@@zeeshanaliquazi8563 bhai bohot hi zabardast analysis maza aa gaya please give me your mail id i have something to ask you regarding aac blocks usability in house construction.
First class brick c.stength is 10N/mm2
Correct me if im wrong...
We can say yes, but for your information and clarity according to IS 1077 : 1992 bricks has strength has classified from M35 to M3.5 N/mmsq strengths, but in use of sewer works bricks strength should not be less than 12.5 N/mmsq as per CPWD.
Useful information, thanks. Also make vdo for its advantages.
I am using these blocks for elevation purpose. Constructed a 4" block Wall leaving 2" between red brick wall and aac block. Later, we have poured concrete between these 2 walls. Does it develops crack ?

Always use AAC block having Compressive strength more than 4 N/mm2 and ensure the first layer should be exact horizontal with spirit level and vertical with plumb bob before laying successive layer....
Good explanation
Thank u sir
Cracks are possible in regular bricks also cement curing, watering is more important
Thnx sir valuable knoledge

Hi Friend , good explanation, can you advice , how n where put adhesive?
ua-cam.com/video/ZXuKMdZM9Rg/v-deo.html - Watch this link for use of AAC Blocks
Tell me the benefit of using AAC blocks?
Places of manufacturing?
All non reinforced infill masonry walls suffer from crack.
Go around and inspect conventional brick buildings and you will find a lot with cracks.
The reasons are the same.
Unlikely due to shrinkage since it is very small.
Mostly they are likely caused by large movements or deflections.
Others can be due to poor detailing and substandard quality of workmanship.
AAC block mai loft ki report kaise hai? Hum loft kar sakte hai na?

Sir how to fill the gaps when the wall reaches ceiling
Aac block mein ghar banana sahi hoga ya red clay bricks accha rahega.please suggest.
Clay / flyash bricks, both are good option, dont use AAC block
But sabi to iska advantage jada bol raha hein.
Bro its your house, dont take risk for use of AAC blocks that can make problams, cracks in future
Factual Civil Engineering Then why did u share video of AAC block benefits and encouraging others to use it in construction???
I would also like to know about use of masonary material... wheather to go for Cement Mortar or Block fix Chemical?
Hi Niraj, if you r asking my recommendation - Don't use AAC block in your own house, there are lot of factors to develop the cracks in Future. As handling, stacking method, way of installation, location of lintals, etc.
If you want than go ahead with aac use adhesive and thickness of layer bond appx 2-3mm
Best hai
Sir Eyes Bunglow banane ke liye kya isa use kar sakte hai
Is it same with sand based CLC block?
Bhai ye aac block or aap ne confuse kr diya he
Ab aac block ko use krna thik he Ya nahi..
Aac blocks ko bathroom Jese area me use krna thik he Ya nahi..
Water pipe k liye cutting hogi, pipe lagegi. Tab bhi problem ho sakta he.. moisture ki wajah se...
Fir to ise kitchen me bhi use nahi kr sakte...
Foundation me bhi use nahi kr sakte.. septic tank or water tank nahi bana sakte...
Wall pe iron road hold nahi kr sakte... plastic ki gitti lagegi...
Iska tam jham jyada lag raha he..
Ab ye red bricks k compare me week lag raha he.... or costly bhi... iska waste bohot hota he
3-4 storey ke upar ja rahe ho to aac block use karo .1 2 storey ke liye red brick
Great knowledge, sir aap ye video live main aa k banaye

Why are there cracks in fly ash bricks masonry wall? Specially in summers

Autoclaved ariated. concrete.
Steamcured reaction cement
Foam concrete is diffent.
What is the matter and stuff you said is wrong.
4 nutons wront brake.
Red brick strength. Less then 2.5 n
Ok.which is best.?
Can we use it for 8 ft height boundary wall and will it be cheaper than usual red brick wall??
There will be 100 % settlement cracks later as it has to be done on slab or beam to reduce settlement movement.
Sir adhesive konsa accha hoga?
M-25 concrete - Aggregate , sand weight forma prepare .
Good correct
Hello sir my work is 600 sq ft frame structure hard strata is below the foundation just tell me which i prefer brick or aac block
Its my house please tell me..?
Yes, you can
Generally for one and two storey house.. Red bricks are best... Don't go for aac block
@@mujiburrahmankhan1577 red bricks arent eco friendly.
Brick masonry preferable below foundation as have better CS and can withstand with lateral forces.
Can we do cement plaster on aac wall, same as we do in red bricks case?

No, AAC block don't need curing,
Then what is dry shrinkage???
Their are two type of blocks AAC and CLC you are giving CLC block information not AAC Block

Iska plaster k liye kya use kare
Cement mortar. Or adhesive
For domestic use.....??
One wall I did with direct asian wall putty cement base and outside I did sand cement mortar, but sides perfect.
But need to moisten the wall before plaster and curing the plaster regularly, nahi to crack hi crack aayega bhai. Because acc block sucks water from mortar very fast. Hope this helps.
For plastering I would suggest wait for a couple of months to see if there are any settle ment cracks
Information is good but sound quality is very bad I can hardly hear the sound Mic should be used properly .
Thanx frnd remember this thing in mind
why aac blocks are used only for outer walls of buildings and not inner side, please explain?
No ...
Inner bhi use karte h bhai ...
And Outer ...
Depend your Wall size ..
Partition wall m bhi use karte h and Partition to inner hi hoti h ...
Agar apko iske bare m jankari chaiye ki kis trh work karte h on site or start karne se phle level kaise nikalte h ACC block masonry k liye to humare Channel par jaa kar dekh sakte h ...
