This is my first ever time playing Dark Souls 2: Scholar Of The First Sin.
After beating Dark Souls Remastered, Bloodborne and most recently Elden Ring. It is now time to dive completely blind into this brand new adventure!

The water you were unlocking will heal you when you step on it, and cure you of poisoning. Additionally, if you roll in the water and get yourself soaked, it will increase your fire resistance, which seems useful for a flame themed area.

@@YatezzMann to be honest, I didn’t even realize their full potential until several play throughs and different characters in. The poisoned one in harvest valley becomes clean after you disable the windmill with the torch. I noticed that it cured and healed me when I stepped on the clean water while poisoned.
GG with the Old Iron King! And once again, claymore supremacy! This area 36:02 is the entrance to one of the DLCs. You can find these 'portals' near primal bonfires and to access the DLCs through these portals you need to find the keys. And the DLCs are the best part of DS2! =) Can't wait for you to explore them. I hope you had fun at the Iron Keep! I can't wait for you to face off with the one who trained all those knights that kept running after you =). But there is something very important in that you missed in the Smelter Demon's boss room. I hope you can go back and check it out. It will surely help you in the long run. I unfortunately was wrong there's 2 rough areas left not just 1 and then ofc the DLC tough areas, but regardless I'd say for now the pain should be a little less. Did you not see the item on the edge of the cauldren, it's nothing important but no reason just to ignore it if you're literaly walking over it. 😊
Also might be worth checking the smelter demon room once more if you haven't already.

Hello !! Lots of mobs but you made it !! Congrats!! Maybe you should go back to the doors of pharos bonfire. You didnt Explored fully and you missed a boss in there. You can upgrade your armor too. This is the only souls in the trilogy that you can do that. Have an amazing week. Bye bye . Thanks !!
