So I visited Milton Keynes and I really don't know what is going on with security guards these days.
After the banshee of Borehamwood I then meet the nutter in Milton Keynes
He was talking all sorts of nonsensical BS and really wanted to fight me at one point.

You can tell the guy is used to getting his own age-related respect from his own circuit, however what he hasn't realised is that this is not readily accepted by everyone, for many of us 'respect is earned' -age is no guarantee of wisdom. He got pretty butthurt and struggled to accept he'd lost face-potentially violent too. You were right to point out that he was behaving like a child-this fact really sent his ego into nuclear fusion mode 🤣
However, he did calm down and looked remorseful which suggests a degree of humility.
Another adventure into the heart of the JobCentre-it's more dangerous than walking the city streets in the early hours of the morning!🤦♂

9:30 So TLA reports to the female staff member that the security were makes threats. But she ignores the criminal and serious allegation and concentrates on a minor policy. She is incompetent. She doesn't care about people. She thinks her job makes her more important than other people.

This video is absolute proof that security staff are employed only to intimidate, bully and often assault the general public. Operating under the guise of maintaining public/staff safety is complete nonsense. The violent reactions directed towards someone, whom was merely gathering public information was, abhorrent, unacceptable and clearly emphasises their very sinister role within these buildings. TLA is the coolest and calmest auditor. The scottish accent makes it so watchable and entertaining. Another excellent audit. (Though the previous one at the job centre with the nutter is my all time favourite 😂😂😂😂😂😂).
I always love how there’s QR codes on the job ads which means you need to use a camera to scan it. Yet it’s prohibited on a sign to use your camera 😅
G4 and the job center are a discrace. Why are the directors of these companies and the managers of the job centers not sending memos and trsining reminders out to deal with audits professionally? They just dont seem to comunicate. Incompetence

14:20 I think PttP's tactic of just sitting whilst he waits is a good one as it means that the staff have no reason to use the continual walking around as an excuse to keep up with their attempts at ejecting you as the guard is doing in this case. But you are the one on the ground and you have your own methods and prefer to walk rather than sit so it's up to you.

What I don't understand is how Managers , bosses, supervisors etc, constantly overlook, or somehow think it's acceptable for an employee to act in a psychotic manner, verbally and physically threatening members of the public.( in a setting where the public are their clients ), and in some cases join in and escalate the mayhem .They seem to think that because these guys are contracted that it's not their responsibility to control them.

18:45 I missed the point when they locked the doors. That's against H&S law under fire regulations. It also means that they are unlawfully detaining you. They have no reason to lock the doors to keep you in as you had stated that you were waiting for the police plus they wanted you to leave anyway. Locking the doors to keep people out means they are breaking the terms of their service provision to the public. A triple failure on their part. I would've made more of a play about not being able to freely leave which would have really highlighted that you were detained unlawfully. Every second counts.

Well, it was entertaining 🤣 but certainly not a win, the staff were allowed to harass you, shout at you, insult you, poke and jab their fingers right in your face and even threaten you, they called the police and closed down the job centre . . . and there were zero consequences for their behaviour . . . in psychology we call this reinforcement, the lack of consequences means you - essentially - will have reified a behaviour in them. The staff have just been taught that insulting, abusing and threatening members of the public is fine and free of any consequence whatsoever.
What u fail to understand is this just one of many who will now see this video and make a point of visiting this place with the same aims. They will bend the knee to public order or they will continues to be "audited". They are now a beacon in the night and the movment will flock to them like a moth to the light...

Quite poetic ! : ) But the reality is that you might - over the coming weeks or months - get one or two other auditors visiting the same place (maybe you'll get none) and the same staff might not even be there on these visits . . . you really do need to hold people accountable for their actions, at the time of those actions, rather than cross your fingers and hope someone else, might, at some point in the future, maybe, perhaps, visit and get the same staff and the same reaction . . . as it stands the staff have learnt one lesson from this visit, they have been taught (by AY) that they can abuse and threaten the public, get right in their faces, jabbing fingers and swearing and there are no consequences, which will simply reify the idea that they were in the right and encourage them to continue the same behaviour.
