Something I've always wondered watching your large builds: is the plentiful manpower a function of necessity or a function of the fact that you and the folks you collaborate with are so awesomely involved with training tomorrow's talent?

We typically don’t require more than 6 people on a project(other than really large projects) our goal is to Train tomorrow’s talent…..
