I just got a ender 3 v3 se and am loving it! I have used 3d printers many times before as they have them at my school (they have pursua, maker bot and cr10 printers). After I used up the filiment that came with the printer I bought 2 rolls of pla + from esun and the quality is amazing!!
ive bought a lot of pla over the last 8 years or so and i dont think any of it was bad. some were rolled crappy but the plastic itself is all pretty much the same other than colors
Most of it is workable, but I’ve definitely come across different quality levels in filament. I’ve also had different printers run filament differently.

Right on! I haven’t used very much pla+ in my history of printing, but it’s pretty good so far!
