Thank you so much for showing your belly and excess skin!! And with a body neutral attitude!! I’m losing weight right now (i’m very overweight and it is affecting my health) and when i feel like i’m at a healthy place later i’ll probably have some excess skin and i’ve felt really bad/scared about that. But you showing that takes the drama out of it which i love and it helps me approach it all with a bit more peace. Thank you
Honestly love that you're verbally acknowledging your progress and wins throughout this journey and saying "I'm doing a good job" right up front, because that is one of the hardest things to say to ourselves. 🧡
just want to say that i love this side of you so much. it's so inspiring to see someone being so authentic and genuine. seeing someone being so neutral with their body is so refreshing to see. thank you for that!
I am just finally pulling myself out of the throes of postpartum chaos/depression and starting to take care of myself again and it feels SO good. 💜 You are doing an amazing job, Mama. Even when it feels like you aren't.
I love to see how you are still you, just with a baby. You are still the Autumn loving, Starbucks drinking, hard working boss babe we all love. I thought of the above early in the video but like to comment after I've watched the whole thing. Seeing you worry about how you've changed only reinforced this viewpoint. You are very self-aware and are always learning. This is your channel and it can be whatever you wish it to be. I'm not one for kids but still find your content enjoyable and moving. I am proud of the momma you are and think you are smashing it. Your path and channel are your own.
There's something about this vlog that is so different than what I've seen previously in this channel, in a very good way! (And I've always liked this channel)... It's a new level of authenticity I experience from you Kalyn, in combo with hearing you expressing several times "I think I'm doing a pretty good job", the smile when you say the word "family" at the end... I'm just happy for you and thankful that you share it with us, it's truly inspiring. Happy holidays 💛
I love Bum Bum too 😍. Also for me it really feels like we are back in the apartment and chatting at night about skincare, makeup, our bodies and etc.💛 P.S. It's normal for the little guy to be around you more, now he needs you the most. In a couple months you'll be more "free" in vlogs. 😀
I think what is so great about having watched you for YEARS is that we have transitioned into similar stages of life at similar times. I’m certain so many of your followers feel the same way. I hope that you continue to share this side of your life because it’s what we need! ❤
I’m loving all the mommas being so honest about post baby bodies. I had a baby thirteen years ago at the age of 21 and all I saw were celebrities having babies and looking snatched a month later and I always felt super bad about my body because I didn’t understand why I couldn’t return to my pre baby body. So thank you, you don’t know how much it means to share the realness.
you have no idea of how grateful i am that you exist and have chosen this job in which you share your life with all of us, thank you for being so honest and raw in a world where everything is covered up to make it look a certain way that is just not real. all the blessings to you and your family
Your soul is so beautiful and kozy Kalyn. You're so human and you feel like 'coming home'. Thank you for being raw and vulnerable with us. It's appreciated and we love you dearly 🥰 I dunno what karma I made in a past life to live in the era of Kalyn vlogs and Taylor Swift, but I feel so grateful and will never take it for granted. 🤍 I have no desire to ever be a mum and I don't personally like children. But I love listening to you talk about motherhood and seeing you light up about your son and your new little family squeezes my heart ❤️. You are doing an AMAZING job.
Yes absolutely don't forget yourself! Speaking from experience, if you do, you may wake up 10 years later to remember yourself and with it comes animosity towards your partner that may not have realized how much you were struggling to do ALL the things at your own expense. We step up and do it all but it's not sustainable. Don't forget yourself is the best advice!
I love your authenticity and your speech on body neutrality ! This really helps for people like me who suffer from EDs, and UA-camrs you have this kindness ❤
My boys are now 20, 17, and 10 and I feel like I’m just now finally starting to practice self care. ❤ When I had my first son, I lived 8 hrs away from my family, none of my friends had kids yet, and I didn’t know what I was doing or have anyone to talk to who understood. It was very lonely. That was way before UA-cam was a thing, and I wish I’d had the online community and support systems that are so easily available now. I think it’s so brave of you to share the realities of pregnancy and motherhood. I’m sure it is helping so many other moms to feel less alone and more “normal”. I feel like you have such a good and healthy mindset towards your body and are doing an amazing at job balancing everything. ❤ Love & hugs!
Kalyn I LOVE that you are being honest about your current stage in your life ❤ I’ve been watching you for years and watching your videos and listening to your podcast still to this day make me feel so inspired, but also so able to just sit and be true to myself. So I love seeing this stage and all the stages 😊 even though our stages are currently different, it is comforting to watch your life change in the most beautiful way while mine is also changing in different, but equally beautiful ways ❤
aww, your vlogs are so wholesome and it's amazing how you are adjusting to your new reality with so much grace and calm 😍 Thank you for that, lots of love to you and your family 🐻
Thank you for showing your belly and being honest about the way you feel. Im 38 weeks pregnant with my first baby and iv been a little worried about how im going to feel about my body after I deliver. Throughout my pregnancy iv struggled and felt like this isnt my body. But like you said, my body is doing something amazing and giving me my fav person so i shouldn't forget that!
You exclude such joy, esp when talking about your little family! Glad you are taking care of yourself, mentally and physically. Love these vlogs and I def don’t mind when you talk all about your babe, since he is the most important part of your life.
I love this so much Kalyn! ❤ Thank you for keeping it real, for being a good example of staying grounded when you have a baby. Becoming a mother myself was a total 360 flip in my life, everything changes in the best possible way but it’s such an adjustment at the same time. This video is soo refreshing ❤ Keep being you, you are totally crushing it as a mom. This is my favorite side of you yet 🥰
Hey Kalyn, I'm new to your channel. I just want to say thank you for being you. You seem like a kind, genuine soul and I truly enjoy watching your channels. Congratulations on motherhood and all of your success. I know you're going through unexpected changes with your brand but I have nothing but confidence that your new journey is going to be nothing short of amazing ❤️
I’m nowhere near being pregnant but I’m loving watching your journey because it’s so real & I love how your showing your raw experience now just a romanticized version, it’s very informational as someone who would like to have kids one day I’ve honestly learned so much from watching your videos😊 also I’ve watched you ever since you would make videos by your closet in Toronto & it’s so cute seeing where you are now I love it!
Really love the idea of being body neutral, such a healthier way to appreciate your body and what it does for you. Loving these wholesome vlogs, they make me feel happy that I choose to lead a quieter life during fall & winter!
i hope you know what a calming, peaceful and loving energy you have even through the screen!!! i started watching you about a year ago when i was in a very rough place for the first time in my life. i’ve since had a few anxious phases (something i had never experienced before) and i cannot explain to you how incredibly much your videos have helped me. even just the (seemingly) tiny tip in one of your vlogs that getting your body on an energy level as high as your mind when anxious and then letting the two calm down together literally changed my life. i always tried being physically calm but have since started exercising when anxious and even found two forms of exercises i truly love for the first time in my life!! i go to the gym now because of you (which i was always so incredibly scared of!! but you showed me exercise and such is directly linked to mental health and that gave me the courage!). whenever i watch your vlogs, no matter what mindset i am in, i instantly calm down and think about nothing but the video i’m watching. i always have such a peaceful, inspiring time on your channel. thank you so much❤️
I was thinking early before you even brought it up but I think you are doing a great job balancing what your are sharing. I feel like you are still sharing the same you that we all know in love while also showing how much motherhood makes a person change and grow. Struggling to put it into words but I think it’s very easy in our society to only identify with motherhood and have it be an entire identity but I think you are giving both. Your content makes me excited for my own motherhood journey one day rather than overwhelmed at the thought, thank you for sharing! 💕
Mama you do not look “rough” ❤ remember to be kind to yourself, it’s not a choice. You have to be good to you! You look great. You’re doing amazing, I’m so proud of you and so happy for you. This new chapter is a tough one but you got this.
I love the philosophy of body neutrality, which sounds easier to me, and more achievable than jumping from body negativity to full positivity, that it’s hard… I am here for this new era ❤ of unscheduled/amazing plans
Being a mom of 4 beautiful girls I understand where you are coming from. And being neutral with your body is way better than the body positivity move. Because as you said, there will be days we hate our bodies. Especially after having babies. It's natural. After 4 (only 3 pregnancies) babies I have my days too. And to see a young mom get it right away it's amazing. I also love how honest you are about everything. Also it is natural to talk about your baby. You grew him in your body. I talk about my 4 all the time. It's natural. So talk about him, momma.
Thank you for your vulnerability. I love the idea of body neutrality. I am at the beginning of my changing body as I have carried my baby girl for 16 weeks so far. I know there are many changes to come, so I like the idea of being simply neutral, yet amazed with my body. Always love your content from years ago in the city to know as a new mom. Thank you ❤
I love that you're so incredibly open, real and raw. You're normalizing a lot of things that aren't talked about enough and we all appreciate and need that!
Pro tip! My son loved to pull on my hair. I asked his Dr if there was anything I could do to stop it. He hold me to gently bend my son's wrist downward. Basically if you make a fist and bend your wrist you can feel the tension on the back of your hand and Littles have a hard time olding the fist with the tension and will let go of your hair
your videos are insanelly good and cozy, I love the fact that you shared your progress, your thoughts and how you explained it. Always a pleasure to keep up with your life and your experience with a newborn! You're my favorite ever!
Thank you for being so transparent and sharing your postpartum body. I'm 12 weeks post partum and learning to embrace all the amazing changes my body has gone through 🧡
I’ve been watching your videos for YEARS. we have been through so much together and i’m so proud of everything you’ve become. This is by far my favorite video you’ve ever posted.
My baby is almost 11 months old. I had my first son when I was 19 (he’s 16 now)& I felt like I was always trying to “recover” from that pregnancy! I’ve always had body image issues and lately I have been content with myself and trying to have the mentality that you have! You showing your mom mod is so encouraging to me! I saw you and thought “How beautiful is she?!” Like you said, our bodies brought us our favorite beings on earth! ❤Also the fact I was able to have two healthy babies when I know many women struggle with infertility. It’s truly a blessing and a work of art. Kalyn, you’re an inspiration to me and to so many other women! 💞
This was such a sweet, cozy video Kalyn ❤ Thank you for talking about the more vulnerable stuff, I love the body neutrality mentality, and for sharing this season of your life with its ups and downs. I appreciate the realness of your videos, which I feel like has been more prominent lately. It feels like hanging out with a friend. Also that smile when you spoke about your little family at the end made me smile so big too. You deserve this happiness so much!
I think it’s amazing that you are continuing to vlog and touch on your new phase of like and at the same time you aren’t my using your child for content. It feels very balanced content ❤
I'm struggling with body image and weight gain, and I don't think losing weight is the answer, because it's not working for me and I'm not looking for a superficial fix (because that is changeable as my body evolves) so thank you so much for showing us this, kalyn. Could we have a series on this ? Videos and podcasts and interviews? 💖💖
Just wanna say thank you for being you Kalyn! I’ve watched your content for a while now and you never fail to make me feel better about myself. You have such a calming and peaceful energy about you and it makes me feel very comfortable. I hope you and your new family have the best New Years yet 🧡
Loving the approach you’re taking to filming this chapter of your life. It’s so evident you’re only doing what feels right (as opposed to what the traditional path “UA-cam parents” tend to take). Here to follow along as long as you’ll have us! You’re such a BOSS ❤️
Love your neutral attitude, pregnancy is a gift and a natural miracle, you birthed another human being, any marks after that is a reminder of a incredible experience. Hope you keep your neutral attitude its such a healthy mindset and no one is instagram perfect in real life and you sharing your life, your ups and downs, and all your new phases in life makes me so grateful❤ you have helped me so much with my depression and mindset and when life gets a bit much watching one of your videos always lifts my spirit, so thank you 🙏❤️🥰
I soaked up every bit of this video, I have loved every phase of your life that we’ve gotten to share in and I would have been really sad if you’d skipped this part. It’s a beautiful part of your life and integral to you and all of us who love you. Not a single bit of it seems not right to share to me, it’s embracing and loving human-ness which is what we do here. I just kept thinking you were so beautiful through the whole video, you are perfect in who you are and everything surrounding you is as it should be. Keep living it and loving it and helping us to feel real too. 💞 And don’t worry, you can’t talk about Easton too much, just as you can’t talk about Bentley too much. We love them too ❤️❤️
You are a doll!!! You are so beautiful inside and outside!!! You are inspiring!! I follow you for a long time and I am so inspired by you even more now than I used to be ❤️ be happy!!!
I love the honesty in this vlog. I have been working on body neutrality for a while now, and its so freeing. Its so comforting to see you embrace how your body has changed, and its something I wish more women could accept. You are doing a great job with everything, I'm very proud of you.
Thank you so much for sharing this portion of your life with us. I have no words to describe how much you help me become a best version of myself. You are a beautiful soul and I feel truly blessed whenever we get to 'hang out'. ♥️
This comment is going to be so stupid between all the important messages and wholesomeness of this vlog, but... as a venezuelan viewer (probably the only one, lol) I was so happy to see my country's flag at the clip of the fall market 🥺. You are doing an amazing job, Kalyn ❤ with everything. I admire you so much. And year after year, era after era of your life, I feel so grateful to have this safe and cozy space to inspire me.
Kalyn I’ve followed you since 2017 and it’s amazing to see how much you’ve grown and how much you helped me too. In this time we are very different but I really enjoy and look forward to see this kind of videos of you being you but also being a mom. So don’t worry if you talk about your son “too much”, it’s part of your life now and it’s great to see you happy. 💕
Still love you videos, many years after I first discovered you. Love watching you new chapter in life! You’re so inspiring! Keep making videos you enjoy and never worry about talking to much about your son, he’s apart of your life and you’re sharing your life. 🧡
Thank you, just what was needed. you have such a kind way of making one just feel good, really relaxed. Hope you’re doing well - sending load of what ever you may need🤍
Girl, stop overthinking everything. Just stay who you are and share what you feel comfortable with. As fans/supporters we love what you share and if anyone doesn’t there is always an option of not watching the video. ❤
You are amazing. I’ve been watching your videos for years and you always inspire me!! How beautiful it is to see you become a mom too! Thank you for being so vulnerable and confident you are an inspiration!!!!!
HOW DID I NOT KNOW YOU HAVE WRITTEN BOOKS?!?! I have been following you since like 2018 and I've totally missed this. HOOOOOOOOOOOOW??? Omg, can we just take a second? You are amazing
Thank you for sharing your mama belly-I'm a first time mom of twins and I've been struggling to describe what I'm feeling and "body neutrality" is a great term for what I've been feeling for the past few months ☺️ I've been watching since around 2014 when i was in college and have felt like I've gotten to grow with you. Keep on with the great work, love your content 😇💜
I've been watching you since 2017, in 2020 I had a baby and your videos were part of my self care 💗 you are doing such a good job. It's hard AF but it's so rewarding and gets easier, just take one day at a time 💕
And don’t worry about how your new pace of life fits in with ours, if it resonates it will resonate and as a mother I’ve been there and my two are nine and four and I’m only just getting the idea of going down this route with UA-cam for my art. I’ve been designing Christmas themed wrapping paper designs today while the girls are at school, and the idea of trying to vlog ontop of that right now feels overwhelming, but you do it just right, sharing those real moments are what make it for most of us, life isn’t always about the sunny days (we have a storm here currently and it’s sucking my motivation) sometimes we have to have days to reflect
Loved this! You are doing a great job mama! I think you're vlogs have been a great balance of new mom life and the other parts of yourself, too. My son just turned 7 months old & the idea of not forgetting yourself during new mom life is so important.
I have a 6 months old baby and I know exactly what you’re talking about. I also worried that my baby is everything that I talk about and you know what - it’s fine! What else am I supposed to talk about when everything I do is caring for this baby! This is my life now 24/7 and that’s ok. I’m enjoying it now because it will be over with a blink of an eye.
Oh my! Couldn’t sleep tonight and I’m so glad I clicked on this. So much love for this and you. That market is in the town my family is from..my grandfather was painted on that big mural. I don’t usually comment on any YT videos but I’ve been watching your content since about 2016 so it was wild when you moved here. You are doing a really good job and I so admire your courage in sharing yourself authentically. You should feel immense pride in the community you have built here 🧡
I've been pretty positive after having 2 kids about my body but like you said we all have bad days! I've been feeling pretty down about my extra skin the last few days and things like this put me back into my positive mindset! Thank you ☺️
I am so happy to hear you telling yourself you're doing a good job. I've learned to be positive with myself and gracious to myself lately and it makes my life so much better. Go you, you ARE doing a good job.
I’ve loved watching you over the years and seeing your growth with every new phase in your life ❤ I personally love hearing about all aspects of this new chapter because I haven’t had children yet, but one day I will & it’s nice to hear your experience 😊 thank you for sharing with us all ❤
I appreciate how real you have been about the ups and downs of pregnancy, motherhood, and changes in your body. It gives me an idea of what to expect in the future if I ever have kids. It’s like a sister having a real chat with me 😂 love you Kalyn
Don't usually comment, but wanted to say that you ARE doing a good (great!) job! I'm child-free by choice and still find your vlogs very interesting and relaxing to watch. There will always be people who like and people who dislike whatever a UA-camr puts out, so all you can really do is be true to yourself (which seems like you have been doing)!
My stomach is almost the same, except I had stretch marks added going up and down like tiger stripes that are now faint 2.5 years later but still there. It took forever to be okay with my new mom body but I;m so glad you're showing it in a positive way.
Kalyn you look amazing and regardless I have to say, I love your state of mind and attitude. Rock on girl❤ It’s so good to see you like this (and any one for that matter)
I've been here since early 2018 and I think I can talk for the majority of us here when I say that I'm very proud of you and who you are becoming. Looking forward to this new Kalyn phase. Your content has always felt like a giant hug, thank you ❤️
I've been following you for years and I'm pretty sure I have never commented a video but I gotta say, I love how true you are. Thank you for being you and keep posting as long as you feel like doing this.🧡
The talk about body neutrality…..it seems like such a simple concept, but as someone that has always struggled with being comfortable in my skin - that was a mind blowing revelation. Thank you so much for your candor. Also! Good for you, limiting baby content. Respecting his autonomy is fantastic and so many UA-camrs could learn a thing or two from you..
Your new chapter vibe is just sooo cute and real! And badass at the same time! That's great. I felt happy that you feel happy and you're satisfied with the healing and sel_love stuff ! Keep it up and just enjoy every minute!! 💫🌿💭💕
You’re such an inspiration to sooo many people i just feel so excited and blessed every time i see you’ve posted again🧡❤️😭 cant thank you enough for your authenticity and courage to be so open with us. WE LOVE YOU💋
Amazing Kalyn!!!! I love your vlogs right now 🥹 never feel self conscious about talking about your son!! We want to hear all the things! 💗 sending my love
Hi Kalyn!! If you ever feel like you need to take it a bit easier and have MATERNITY LEAVE, check out what your province offers. Usually the gvt offers 2 schemes of mat leave, one for people with "normal jobs", and one for SELF-EMPLOYED people. So, basically if you have been paying your taxes you should have access to the self-employed mat leave scheme where the gvt will cover you. Good luck!!
Thank you
Way to go Nicki! Do you have a goal weight?
Something about watching a Kalyn autmumn vlog truly will never get old.
The bare face portion of this video: YES please. The realness of it all just feels so warm to me. Thank you, Kalyn.

I am LIVING for your pregnancy, motherhood, and postpartum content ❤
I love seeing you embrace this new part/era of your life!! Thanks for showing the belly, change in pregnancy is inevitable but acceptance is key ❤
I'm so glad I discovered your channel through this whole JH debacle. This is so nice to play in the background while I eat and crochet

I just cried. So proud of you and your journey with your relationship with your body. You look beautiful btw. Really, so so proud of you 💖💖💖
Girl you’re not just doing a great job you’re doing an absolutely amazing job!!!!!

even just the (seemingly) tiny tip in one of your vlogs that getting your body on an energy level as high as your mind when anxious and then letting the two calm down together literally changed my life. i always tried being physically calm but have since started exercising when anxious and even found two forms of exercises i truly love for the first time in my life!! i go to the gym now because of you (which i was always so incredibly scared of!! but you showed me exercise and such is directly linked to mental health and that gave me the courage!).
whenever i watch your vlogs, no matter what mindset i am in, i instantly calm down and think about nothing but the video i’m watching. i always have such a peaceful, inspiring time on your channel.
thank you so much❤️
I was thinking early before you even brought it up but I think you are doing a great job balancing what your are sharing.
Catching up on your channel and living for this new chapter 🤍
your videos are insanelly good and cozy, I love the fact that you shared your progress, your thoughts and how you explained it.
It feels very balanced content ❤
this was so calming... going into summer season in aus so appreciated the canada autumn vibes
I can agree the ladybugs in ottawa have been all over the place this year 🐞🐞🐞
I love the honesty in this vlog. I have been working on body neutrality for a while now, and its so freeing. Its so comforting to see you embrace how your body has changed, and its something I wish more women could accept. You are doing a great job with everything, I'm very proud of you.
'this body birthed my favourite being on the planet' is the sweetest thing ever!! I feel ya!
Honestly you look amazing bare faced, and I love that you’re not afraid to show it- and your postpartum belly! Props to you girl ❤
I’m loving that now we get to go through motherhood together! Yes it's not all baby all the time but it's a part of you now and that's amazing!
Thank you for being proud of your body and talking about neutrality. So proud of you and grateful for your message!
I really resonated with the concept of body neutrality when I first heard about it, glad you've found it helpful too!
Love the fall vibes! I live outside of Ottawa too and the ladybugs are a Force!!
They’re nasty! I’ve been bitten many times too 😅
Loved the cozy vibe in this video! The market looked so fun and I enjoyed the “sleepover-style” chat!
I'm so so happy that you're not turning the channel to a mom channel. You're doing great
3 weeks postpartum as of yesterday. Love this neutral outlook on your body. Feels healthier than forced positivity. 😊
I love seeing the mom in you it’s amazing beautiful and so uplifting I love it keep it up or if it’s too much don’t you do you so much love
Thank you for being you and keep posting as long as you feel like doing this.🧡
Girl i still have that line 6 years later. Sometimes it will just be another reminder of your journey
WE LOVE YOU💋
thank you for being so open and calming about being a new mom
You are the best! The body neutrality talk really helped me. Thank you so much! ❤️🌻💕
I love you, your vibe and energy so much! ❤ I’ve been here for a few years now and I love that I stumbled upon your channel all those years ago❤️
Good luck!!
YOU ARE doing a great job! I think it's really a beautiful balance of incorporating this new chapter of your life with the previous 🥰
Thank you for being so real and open about everything. You are the best :)
