it takes him probably 2 clicks to get set the target name & description of the bot steam, idk why people think like he is manually creating new steam accs or renaming every single bot acc.

It's a good thing steam users have their own account id. You can just record all of the others if you ever find the time and put them on a list for mass deletion.
I am in the same shoes here and I can briefly recall the story. So, I was queuing from 2Fort server to 2Fort server, until I found a server which seemed clean. I stayed in the server until I saw in chat "Blu, you have 4 cheaters.", after I read the message, I swapped over to Soldier with the loadout of: Beggar's (my favorite), Battalions Backup, and Half-Zatoichi. I asked my Medic Main friend if he'd "..want to destroy the ego of the cheaters?", he agreed and joined my game via party. I farmed Battalion banner off of a friendly willing to help. (Don't worry, he had the Second Banana, he was fine) After I killed the group three times before, they swapped to Sniper and Vac Medic stack. (This is the part where they get dominated!) As the cheater group enters the courtyard, they are met with a bullet resistance charged Soldier spamming Beggars rockets at them, one sniper goes down, swap to my Zatoichi, kill the other Sniper cleanly with 3 swings, chance the medics away, killing the final 2 with splash. After they heard that sharp "Nemisis" sound, they disconnected from the server, causing an autobalance. A few days go by and I want to see how many other handless' there are (Before there was about 20), after I searched up my name, I saw 107 search results! After I scroll, I see Elmo after Elmo. It was clear who made the bots, someone from the group of cheaters. All of the bots have a vac ban which can clear up any suspicion of me being a bot.
This is my least favorite part of TF2. The game is so under maintenance that people can make bots just to ruin everyone's experience. I can't even recommend people to play TF2 without babysitting which server should they play safely
