If you want to counter a dead ringer spy on x100 just use the Scorch shot. Then you can hold the game hostage until the spy changes or leaves or his team kicks him so you will stop spamming Scorch shot
Pretty sure spy lives a scorch shot with dead ringer despite being on 1hp (from memory). Also these same results can probably be achieved as tomislav heavy

guys if you want to kick a spy for being annoying just remeber there is Splendid Screen 20% fire resistance and also on explosive *70% charge impact* 50% charge regen rate

Oh, and if you are being a "friendly" then be prepared to die a lot, you gotta know what u want. You taunt this guy then you cry when he dominates you, either you are a true friendly and accept dying a lot, either you're a tryhard and you're here to wop some asses, but you can't be both. You can't pretend to be a friendly hoovie then kill a random spy, taunt on him, then act surprised when he backstabs you in return.
Its a skin/mod I found off gamebanana. You can probably find it looking up tf2 skins gamebanana and then going under the dead ringer section under spy's weaponry

I mean I have other videos that better show off my skill, but it just takes a lot of practice and playing. Also just dial down your graphics in game and look for low graphic configs online
One time on Harvest someone on the enemy team was sticky-camping our spawn and some dunce decided that he was cheating. When I explained to him that it wasn't, he tried to votekick me and failed. But then, I tried and he got kicked. R.I.P BOZO💯🚬
