Artichoke dip with mushrooms and garlic.
1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1 lb fresh mushrooms, chopped 2 T olive oil,
2 cloves of garlic, minced,
1 t. paprika,
1/2 t. black pepper.
Preheat oven to 375. In a large skillet over medium high heat, add olive oil, let oil come up in temperature add mushrooms and garlic and sauté until all the liquid has evaporated.
In a large bowl, add artichoke hearts, mayo, Parmesan, sautéed mushrooms and garlic, paprika, and pepper. Mix until combined. Place mixture in a deep sided 8 inch baking pan. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve warm with a buttery, crackers, tortilla chips, or baguette.

The Best Roll Recipe
Dissolve 2 pkg dry yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Mix in 3 eggs at room temperature, 1 cube butter melted, but not too hot, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup warm water and 2 tsp salt. Slowly add 5 cups flour while mixing. Knead dough for 10 mins. Let rise for 1 hour. Punch down. Put in fridge over night. Take out and roll into rolls. Rise for 3 hours. bake at 400 degrees for 8 mins.

Was born and raised in Nebraska but after going to school in Utah could not bare life without mountains..although now in Arizona and mountains not so great but at least some.

It's my favorite and I love that you added the meat and home made stock. Must've been even heartier! That cabin is so beautiful and the snow there is amazing. Great video! Loved seeing the snow....wish we had some here in NY. A tip about onions, a friend told me to wad up some wet paper towels, set them on the cutting board. The onions seek moisture, that's why our eyes water....so the paper towels keep the onion vapors from your eyes.. It works! Happy New Year🎉

@@jenilee.thepioneerhome don’t cut off the top of the onion until the very end (the root part with the little hairs like things) and you won’t cry. I learned this tip from Gordon Ramsey and I’ve never cried again from cutting onions

It's a family cabin. So no we don't own it.
That’s a nice place but I have to tell you the farmhouse is so beautiful and the landscape. Glad you can make memories with both! Those steaks make me want one. We ate through all our steaks and are getting ready to have another one of our cows processed.
