You Totally missed the racing line on turn 1, terrible entry and exit. The fastest line through turn 1 is to go straight through the red and white powerup signs, it saves like 5-6 seconds and gives you a speed boost going into T2

1:54:359 after just 12 laps. Very easy to upset on kerbs so quite challenging to be on a controller for this setup. Was surprised with the asymmetrical setup. Will try it out more.
im a sucker for the asymmetrical setups. I'm not sure they're always the most optimal but I enjoy the feeling of getting to fly through the key corners with more stability.

dont get it i have your setup im averaging 155.500 to 156 and 153.750 fastest lap only managed once im struggling to get any faster tried braking late early my lines and speed are close to your lines
i have notice in quick race mode you can ajust slipstream which makes my car go 150 i car behind or front standard it only did 144 as it was set at x1 now x6 but no increase in lap times more videos and help needed pedal cam ? settings before joining server ?
Hi Tony. I'd like to share more in my videos but currently, I don't even have my wheel setup as I'm at school :(
I can tell you that I always use hotlap (offline) mode with no AI cars, no wind, optimal track grip, etc. I also use 10/14 degree track/air temp (can't remember which is track and which is air but it's the default coldest in-game). Beyond those settings, all I can suggest is more practice. I've practiced for literally thousands of hours just on AC to get to where I am, and there's still more time to gain. Take a break every once in a while and drive different cars/tracks to stay interested, then come back and you will be faster :)

The taatus shifts so slowly that it's faster to only use 4 gears. Thanks for watching!

I mean it's tough to get right since the inside curb is so abrupt and the exit is very slippery on the astroturf.

why doues your track look differnt to my one
It could be my graphical mods such as Custom shaders patch and Sol, or it could even be that I have a skin enabled for the track. I forget if I have vanilla Monza or not.
@@rayzie8599 never heard of track skins but that's probably it because I use sol as well
@@lukehyland2643 track skins are just retextures of an entire circuit. Usually they're for making the billboards more life-like and changing the season. It doesn't effect physics/car performance at all.

using 4 is more efficient because it takes so long to shift
