    When I was younger from about 8 to about 15 years old, my mum would make this and My Vietnamese neighbours who we are really good friends with would come over and we would all eat with our hands from a very large bowl together (huge bowl). So delicious we would fight over who gets the last scoop haha. Three of them and three of us lol. Good job well done.

    The sand particles cannot be drained out of the sieve. As a matter of fact, the sand might have be blended when grinding the leaves. You wash it to reduce the acidity level of the cassava leaves. It looks good though. Keep it up.

    • @Sentoskitchen
      @Sentoskitchen  4 роки тому +2

      Yes exactly the sand will be in the sieve & guess what ill have to clean the sieve before another wash.
      The taste still will be inside
      I choose to eat clean
