This woman can cook. She have sense of portion and good thinking. Other women they are not for me. I had cassava leaves before but this dish is nutritious and well prepared...
I loved loved loved your video.... My husband wanted cassava leaf so bad so I told him I would cook it for him... I cook African food very well... Cassava leaf is my fav SL Food but i never learnt how to make it.... Long story short u blessed me I'm literally in Peckham (London) market about to buy the ingredients
When I was younger from about 8 to about 15 years old, my mum would make this and My Vietnamese neighbours who we are really good friends with would come over and we would all eat with our hands from a very large bowl together (huge bowl). So delicious we would fight over who gets the last scoop haha. Three of them and three of us lol. Good job well done.
The sand particles cannot be drained out of the sieve. As a matter of fact, the sand might have be blended when grinding the leaves. You wash it to reduce the acidity level of the cassava leaves. It looks good though. Keep it up.
Yes exactly the sand will be in the sieve & guess what ill have to clean the sieve before another wash. The taste still will be inside I choose to eat clean Thank u 💓
Ashma Jalloh I live in the USA & They already packet the cassava leaves,I wasn't there when they do that ,so I like washing it before cooking it .it better to not eat dirt
Sento's Kitchen ok my sister i live in Australia too but i feel I'm taking all the vitamins away anyway u cassava leaf looks yummy with plenty chilli thanks
i like how u explained everything , this was really nice to watch, n video quality is on point. ......but i do have a question thou, after u put the okra blend which is the last thing right ; how long more do u cook it until u turn off the fire??? cuz i know the okra can break if u cook it to long........if u respond to this it will help alot thank u.
Do you prefer to cook it with coconut oil or palm oil? I always use palm oil but this looks yummy. Also thanks for the tip of washing the cassava i never do that but I will now
The result looks good. I don't wash my cassava leaf, i just over cook that's all and the heat will kill any germs. If you are going to be smart about african food then don't eat burger or any type of Chinese or European food ever
I'm Sierra Leonean but I agree anita wayyyyy too much peanut butter. And again why all the protein 1st instead of the cassava leaves? Anyone to each their own.
Omdz I just came across this video. you really depend on too many maggies This shows that you can’t really cook. Any woman who puts too much of Maggie doesn’t know how to cook. I will throw up if I eat that .
