How about a Mod D6 - retooling Modding Items
Fun Fact: Lazy D6 are reference to isaac youtuber Lazy Mattman, one of his "traits", is that every single time he see quality 4 item, he screams.
My favorite scream he did was when he got twisted pair in an error room and he went " OOWAAA"

5:03 is a reference to the fact that the singular form of "dice" can be "die", so there's a chance that you "die" when you use the "die"

How about......... Dicey dice - a dice that rerolls items into other dices
Was made before but super redundant.
Idea for dice: item "D", description "mension?". One time used dice that throws you to the random floor from home to void. Kinda correlates with "R" key.
That exists in the fiend folio mod, it’s called warp and does exactly what You said
Idea: x dice,when you encounter it, it will ask you to type a number, then every time you use it it will add that number to the item id and reroll the item to thw one with that id.
does it work with negative numbers

it has to be either 12 charge, single use or even both
being able to just straight up get any item is insane
@Green24152 you can't change the x number, so it's not that powerful.
I need more unapologetically unbalanced mods and less people complaining about them.

I have a suggestion for an alternate tagline for Glitched D6: "GAME BREAKING BUG, DAY ONE!"
That is a reference to the original tagline for GB Bug, which in turn was based on something Phil Fish said in that one indie game documentary.

my only 2 ideas is a vanishing spindown dice (monochromatic spindown reskin and 6 charges)
it basically divides an item ID by 3 then multiplies it by 2
second one is vanta dice although its more complex (larger purple dice with pulsating veins, no pips and 12 charges)
it has a chance to either duplicate an item but downgrade its quality 2 or 1 time, reroll the item as usual, turn it into a forced spirit sword for the current floor (0.5%) OR you can just eat the item by holding X and make the next reroll persist from the item pool that the item was consumed from

I have idea: minus d6-first time when used it replaces active item,but when you use the active what minus d6 gave it rerols into another one
Maybe add a lil indicator showing that this active on use will reroll

Gun needs a nerf like : ok if you have extra lives it will let you revive only once then will ignore any extra lives. & 2nd functionality, when you have this active as your main active item, you display a gun & do +1 dmg
