Yes its a 1oz kastmaster. It came with the white teaser on it however after a few fish it fell off. Its the hook it comes with.

Yes, they could hit or miss on both. Long as there's enough water low tide fish could be hitting.

I usually stop fishing for them this month(November) However, I'm sure there are some still around.

Usually morning or sometimes chase the high tide
