Good working skills, I was a sheet metal worker in my younger days and made buckets and other similar item out of galvanised sheet metal, and tin plate, nice to see that these skills haven't been lost in time.
I like these kind of manufacturing videos. Reminds me my childhood watching blacksmith working all the time. However I think if you remove the rust of that rod which became the handle it will be even better.

If it weren't for machines we wouldn't have even 20% of what we have today, it's not simply to "replace" a worker, it's to make life easier and better for all of us, including that worker you're talking about.

That is a good quality bucket, unlike the products people buy from China. The handle is a little overkill (because I bucket must be both as light and as durable as possible). Good quality anyway.
They are the true survivors in this world. Being able to work with your hands like that is a blessing. I love watching them ply their trades. God bless them!

Within living memory these kinds of skills would have been equally common place in the UK, but in that short period of time the craftsmen and their skills have now been forgotten and replaced by a world choked up with the incapable, tick boxes, shareholders and socialites....

This is not an artist! Weak tinsmith! That's how he learned, that's how he does it. He's not thinking. This is not logical. The bucket has a small bottom and quickly overturns. The ears are thick, making it heavy. I don’t know what paste he put on it, but it should have been put between the joints. I made better when I was a kid!
I used to think that without electricity civilization would fall. These guys give me hope that some level of tech will survive and then flourish after some cataclysm. Preety impressive.

I live in Swaziland and this is common, many tin butchers here, chimney tops, bathing dishes food trunks...all sheet metal not plastic.
