Dude there is a lot of crazy stuff out there …. You should do a full warm up routine and a general all over training course that people can repeat for say 8 weeks … then when everyone’s done the 8 weeks they can progress quicker and your hacks will work quicker for them and everyone will be hooked … just a thought

Thank you. Exercises with resistance band can hel you a lot. I always in beginning of me workout spend 10 mintes to work with the band
