My grandmother, who lives in Mongolia, is a pro cook, and She lives in Ulaanbaatar, but she visited us, and now cannot return to Mongolia. But my point is that my family loves and knows how to cook traditional Mongolian food like Buuz, Khuurshuur, homemade noodles, carrot rice, and so on. So once quarantine is over and you reschedule your tour date for Dallas TX, you are welcome to come over. :D

I like this dish very much and I know how to make it, but my Mongolian friends used to add cabbage to it instead of paprika. I also like Mongolian tea with milk, salt and special butter. And a Mongolian tea soup with milk, cooked on mutton and tiny dumplings with mutton. I can make it too. I think the Mongolian language is beautiful, I used to speak a bit of Mongolian and I was praised for having a very good pronunciation. I really regret that I have never been and will not be in Mongolia, it is a beautiful country full of fantastic people.

Tsuivan is a Mongolian noodle dish that is usually prepared with mutton and various vegetables. The noodles are traditionally made by hand and they're steamed or cooked together with diced meat and vegetables.

One of my favorite meals, culturally and seasonly from the Flathead Reservation in Northwest Montana, United States is HUCKLEBERRY PANCAKES AND SPAM! Half of the delight is the beautiful Mission Mountains you climb to collect the berries, which are only available during the last of July and into August! PLEASE, PLEASE CHECK INTO DOING A CONCERT IN MISSOULA, MONTANA when live music is unleashed on us again!! I AM SO CONCERT DEPRIVED RIGHT NOW!!! I promise beautiful scenery, mountains and people! !
