- My review and opinions on the everyday case by Peak Design in their new sage color, for Apple iPhone 14 pro max. It's a really cool, lightweight case, in a subtle color. Feels great in the hand, with slightly tapered edges while still being slim and protective.
It’s a great option to complement Apple’s leather cases, and a much better buy than the apple silicone cases in my opinion.

I've been running an Everyday Case on my Pixel 6 for a long time, and I love it I was initially concerned about the nylon back pilling or fraying or that it would absorm moisture and stay soggy if ot got a little wet, but that does not happen, it has not worn much at all, its a really hard-wearing material and has a very nice tactile feel and grip. It also opened up the Magsafe ecosystem (and of course their Slimlink stuff) on Pixel, so I've gotten their stand charger which is also great, and a magsafe car mount, etc. I'm looking to make the switch to iphone 15 (base model) soon, and I think I will stick with PD for a case. The Pixel 6 only had the Charcoal color available, but going with Iphone 15 opens up the other ones. Planning on getting the yellow Iphone 15, which is actually a very muted almost cream color and I think the camera module in that color peaking out of the sage green case will look pretty classy. Went back and forth between that and the Midnight Navy but I think I've decided on Sage, which appears to be closer to an olive at least on the TPU sides.
Yes it’s the same worry I had about durability. But I took the case swimming in a cenote in the water with no other protection for an hour and the nylon back looks new still. My wife is now using the same case as I gave the phone to her and after over a year of use the tpu sides actually look worse than the nylon backing.
Pretty impressive stuff. I’ll be looking into a new case for my 15 pro max soon as well

I bought this for S22 Ultra. I wished it were thinner.
Yes I like the thinness of it but the borders are a bit wider and taller than apples own case. Still they did a good job considering they also managed to put in a mounting point for bikes

Thank you so much! I am really anxious and clumsy../ I have Case-Mate, Casetify(the newest, most protective) and was looking at Otterbox cases but there were so many… then I found this one.
I just paid for them - they don’t have them anywhere near me… so I’ll try both colours and I’ll keep one.
What would you recommend as a case for a very clumsy person who wants a pretty case? Thanks❤ and thanks for this video, you showed me even more posibilities
in your case if you want the most options for a pretty case that is still highly protective I'd go casetify. they have lots of options and styles and you can customize, while being protective. Otterbox is the most protective but they're bigger clunkier cases. The peak design case I have feels like solid protective but it's a pretty slim profile overall and not as many color options
Would you recommend this over the noomad rugged case?
Do you mean the nomad rugged case? For my uses yes I prefer the peak design case over the nomad option. Mostly because I prefer cases that are slimmer and sleeker looking and don’t add bulk. If you are in need of a case that’s thicker and provides more protection the nomad one looks like a great option, but for most folks I think the peak design is the better looking case and will provide nearly as much protection if dropped

what glass protector do you use?
I use an ESR tempered glass screen protector. Can be found on Amazon!

@@AndysTV yup, i show in my video how the screen protector works fine with the case, but there isn't much room for error. It comes in a box of three and with an alignment tool though so you should be good

Thanks for the review. My question is, can you charge your iphone in the Peak design case on a magsafe wire charger? Thanks for your input.
As far as I can tell it’ll work with all standard MagSafe products. I use it with the MagSafe Duo Charger and the MagSafe battery pack that I show in the video with no issues. If it works with apple’s cases it’ll work with this one ☺️
How do you think of this compare to Quadlock MagSafe Case?
it looks cool, and better that they streamlined it. I still prefer Peak's version, its more streamlined and elegant looking. Looks like quad lock is still a full 90 degree twist to lock and unlock, whereas peak design is a simple quick release button. I previously used a garmin computer mount with an adapter and that was also a 90 degree twist, not a big inconvenience, but with peak there is no twisting. Both are good options though!

Hi. Is it still effective to use the peak design phone case with a common 3rd party magnetic car mount (the one that does not support wireless charging) ?
if there are magnets that would work with regular MagSafe accessories then yes this should work fine. the magnets are in a square shape on each corner of the middle of the case, surrounding the little physical attachment point. Hope I was able to describe that properly lol, but my guess it it'll work fine
Thank you for sharing this case! Do you happen to have the MagSafe apple wallet? I know this case is technically MagSafe compatible, but I am actually returning my Mous case because of it just doesn’t secure the wallet.
Yup! I didn't have it near me for the video but my wallet sits secure and flush. Because the surface of this case is a smooth finish the wallet doesn't grip as well as it does on the apple leather case, but it's a better connection than the wallet on the bare iphone for example
