ZAPP always on the Hot Bounce! Lester ,Terry, Dale Gregory ,Riccardo, Bart ,Anthony! and all the crew! Thank you for keep the FUNK alive! Roger be proud!
It seems like ROGER is still there to me! The way he would bounce on and off the stage, it's like he prepared us to forever see him! Maybe it's the way he "loved" us and made us feel so "included" in their act! Let's make sure through ROGER that we LOVE ❤️ TODAY! I'm sure that's what he would want us to do! Sending the PEACE of GOD'S ❤️ LOVE to first, his "beautiful" family and BAND-FAMILY, and thanks so much for all your hard work, from yall BAY AREA FAMILY!
Saw them live in Fort Wayne Indiana. Good live music. Kept me out of my seat. They talked to people in the lobby after the show. The concert was BOMB. Shirley Murdock even came out .
True genius transcends generations y'all! That's why they still relevant, and touring, and still providing More bounce to the ounce in the name of Roger!
I have the original album on vinyl, I highly recommend the song coming home, it’s not their typical music but that’s why I like it, I love all their songs tho!
How come i can hear the funk rhythm guitar in the first track but there's no guitar player on stage ? EDIT: Ok he came out behind the curtain. What's the sense of having half the band behind a curtain though ??
Cause nothing is live but the drums..everything else is pre recorded..instruments are just props..music is polished just like the record all videos sound the same..nobody is singing either.
@@TurboMan51 actually as someone who knows this band, I can tell you this, everything you see on stage is live, they use backing tracks for things that can't be live, like Shirley's vocals and the clap loop. Everything else is 100% live. The only time they ever mimed was in a television performance where they were forced to do so.
@@rock-ctherockstarclown1465 Ok if you know the band BUT I stand behind my comment WHY? because I was at a concert in Macon Georgia and I was BACKSTAGE when they was on stage and I KNOW what I saw and heard BTW doing the 70's I was a member of an R&B Band and I have shared the stage with the likes of Joe Simon..Margie Alexander..Betty Swan..King Floyd..Jimmy Hughes..Al Green..Ollie Nightingale..Bill Coday..Sam and Bill..Mose Dillard Revue featuring Benny Latimore..David Coe..Sammy Cole ect..all who was NATURAL artist of that time so I KNOW LIVE music.

I'm wondering why many of the Millennials that's mostly them commenting about Groups and Song's they know nothing about the Era because they weren't there🤔 most of my generation still say Zapp because that was on the album with their number one hit More Bounce to the Ounce. The one brother named Zap said the band was named after him

Took what?! That is his brother on talkbox and on drums and most of the rest are nephews and other relatives. Know your history.
They could at least act like they are actually playing those keywords. 😩
This is just sad.
They're carrying on Roger's legacy. I hardly see why it is sad.
