This whole video proves Matt's experience in a car and on a track. He is giving you a full review of a very expensive car while going at a much higher than medium pace on a track where you can not make a mistake. Otherwise you're in a wall and your shit is totaled. Very cool. There is no Smoking Tire without Matt Farah.

Alright, Matt. Get ready for a bit of an ego boost cause, I’m about to sing your praises for a minute here. Henry Catchpole takes me into a car dream, Doug Dimuro shows me what every button in a car does and Matt Watson gives me the most entertaining dose of drag races and pretty good magazine type car reviews and I’ve taken a moment to comment with my appreciation for what they do in the past and never done so for this channel. I really think that even though this channel has a massive amount of fans, you are still under-appreciated. This is the only channel where I literally feel like I went for a ride with the person driving. Most other channels do a great job with editing but, that also involves cutting out more of the natural time in the car than you do. I think you have a unique talent of giving a lot of detailed information about what a car is like to drive while you are driving and the best thing is that it seems like you don’t have to make an effort to do that. It seems to be your nature to do that and so, I feel like I’m not watching an over-edited and scripted show, I feel like a passenger in the car with a friend. It also helps a whole lot that you’re a good driver and you actually take us for a proper fucking drive. A real life enthusiast’s drive. I’m obviously a huge fan. I love where this channel started and love where you’re at now. Keep doing what you’re doing man. Best of luck to you. Love from Egypt.

As the proud owner of a 997.1 GT2 you can be sure that I approve highly of this video. I've owned mine about 1.5 years now and had the coolant lines welded and an RS flywheel added this year. On track and on road it's actually a true sweetheart, just as Matt noted...never actively trying to kill you. I have a few more enhancements I'll make in time to take it a bit beyond the GT2 RS performance level, but not too much as it's such a truly enjoyable car to own and drive. Porsche honestly don't make them like this anymore in their lineup, making me all the happier to hang onto the older stuff. The 997 generation really represents Peak 911 in the eyes of mine and many others.

Amazing, this car looks absolutely identical to the GT2RS that just weeks ago was put up for online sale at pcarmarket.com. The seller did not accept the highest offer of $389k, he wanted $459k.
